Stocking's Heart Shaped Chocolate Cake

I was asked to make the cakes at the end of the episode. It looks like a cake. From the look of it this looks like a chocolate cake with whipped cream and a strawberry. It was really good and this would def be a good valentine recipe!

Cute Valetine's Day Chocolate

Anime: -nothing specific but I based this on a Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle art work I found- Time: about 1 and a half hours depending on how long it takes your chocolate to harden Serving: 14 for me but it will depend on your molds

So I’ve made this in the past and I did not have as hard a time as I did this time around. It’s hard to work with a new kitchen, especially since you dont want the freezer to warm or too cold. So it took a bit to get mine right where I needed it. But finally I am successful and my poor boyfriend is officially over chocolate!!! I know like a large number of anime’s have valentine’s day episodes. They are always so super cute so I wanted to show you how to make your own either giri-choko or honmei-choko. :3 Since I am a bit late.. you can save this for next year or an anniversary! This is a good basic filled chocolate recipe that you can use as a starting point to make a wide range of fun chocolates.
