Well! I've been alright! Just been traveling along Kalos recently-- I even have a few new friends of my own!
[She smiled as to where she decided to give her the kiss and simply giggled.]
It’s okay! I just got back earlier myself! How’ve you been?

K-Kiiro? Uh, yes! It's---It's good to see you again!
[ Hesitates a fraction of a second, lips pursed and-- retracts, moves, retracts; then finally decided, places a gentle kiss to the tip of her nose. ]
Sorry! I've---I've been gone a while, huh!
Bluey!

"...Did I miss my own birthday?"

In the midst of a town she'd been raised was a certain wisp of serenity that was unlike any other she'd known. Perhaps the visits, as soporific as they were, wouldn't be as distressing as she'd expected it — so long as the peaceful harmony stayed as is.
One would think that among the bird songs and whispering trees filling the air, a normal passerby wouldn't have found a disruption in trotting steps just before them.
But living beside nature so long has left her senses keen.
"...?"
Eevee weren't particularly wild around here—and that bow. With a careful step closer and slowly, slowly sinking down into the grass, she whistled lowly to the Pokémon, letting the lengthy patches of grass tickle the tips of her fingers.
"Are—Are you lost? ...What's your name?"
It’s her first time outside—a little frightening, there’s almost too much to see at once…
Perhaps she should go back inside? The world was so big, and she felt so small.

There was always a certain melancholy to Viridian City.
Perhaps it was the air, perhaps something lingering from a disputed past. Or perhaps something greater than one could imagine of such a low strung community — dauntless became she, even so, in the venturing of the such familiar, homely town as it was, mind only wavered in the thought of what exactly she was looking for.
Whatever it was, she'd know when she found it.
Was it him?

The Pokémon beside him caught first of her eye, clothes in black with a piercing gaze — yet there was something darker within that she couldn't quite place.
It drew her closer, the very curiosity of it all.
"——Excuse me?"

Flavescent hair lay in knotted, mangled strands beneath the wayfarer's tufted straw hat—shadows by trees her blanket, the grass her likely pillow. It wasn't unlike her to find rest in a forest — more often than naught, in actuality — though this region was one she found increasingly unfamiliar. The customs, the nightlife, the Pokémon, they all spoke a language of life unfamiliar to her own, and though the words themselves she understood, it was the lonesome in a crowd that had her stand out among the rest.
That miscomfort didn't stop her from falling asleep in something or other forest, even so.

Even as footsteps approached, consciousness apparent, her eyes ceased to open; preparing, perhaps, assessing the situation.
Either that or she just didn't care.
