this is stressing me out. i currently weight 63.15 kg and the day after tomorrow i should be on 62.18. I don’t understand why i only lost 300 grams this week.
I’ll be fasting this weekend so I get as close as possible to 62.18.
ok here it goes. I hope I can get back on track and finally reach my goals.
