YESYESYES OML YES. Like the books would be so much better if Percy and Annabeth had more minor roles, it would have been so cool to see characters that weren’t fully explored on pjo get fleshed out in hoo likeeeee, either still brothers, Katie, a bunch of other characters. We could’ve gotten a whole new cast of characters. Percy and Annabeth if they had to be in the books could’ve trained the new campers yk. Like you can’t tell me Annabeth teaching Piper how to fight with her dagger would’ve been so cool, so much potential but noooooo, Percy just hassss to be there. I think we (the fandom) should just re write hoo and like disregard the actual books cause that’s basically what we already do. (Look at how they (some of the fandom) think the seven treated Nico, they were always gonna rescue him, but some of the fandom takes it as them hating him). HOLY YAP, sorry chat 😓

I KNOWW I ALREADY HAVE 2 WIPS, BUT HEAR ME OUT: In order to add Percy and Annabeth to HoO, their characters were diminished into derivatives. So... Why not just plop them out of HoO and plop in either Nico, Reyna, Rachel, or any other strong demigod which didn't get enough time. EVEN Will, where we can see pre-established Solangelo instead of being jumpscared by it in the later books. HEAR ME OUT IF YOU AGREE
