tumblr is so america centric its crazy. shut up about "trans men dont have struggles because people ignore them". just admit you live in a place where theres not many out trans men and mascs, especially in conservative areas. consider that those trans men and mascs might be trapped in the mormon church which is famously misogynistic. you live in hell with no guaranteed abortion access and a dictator, perhaps youd understand transmasculine theory if they werent forced to be house wives because of the extremist christian cults the rest of us are horrified by. i go outside and theres visibly trans people everywhere. is there really a lack of or ignorance of any group of trans people? or are they being sent to conversion therapy?

The most dramatic moment during my Camp Counseling career at an all girls camp was when a girl got a letter from a friend saying that Zac Efron had died and one of her bunkmates ran out of the cabin and shouted “ZAC EFRON IS DEAD!!!!!” and the camp immediately fell into chaos girls were crying in the middle of camp and running around spreading the news everyone was yelling and the counselors had to look up wether or not Zac Efron was dead (this is a wireless camp so the girls couldn’t access the internet and check for themselves) and then get out a megaphone and be like “ZAC EFRON IS NOT DEAD PLEASE REMAIN CALM” outside of all the cabins it was insanity.

Because none of the times I've been to services at a US synogogue since 10/7/23 (three synagogues in two states), have I ever heard violence praised.

If conflict was brought up, it was in prayers for hostages, prayers for those hurt and suffering in the war, and prayers for the safety of the Jewish people.

I didn't hear any politics beyond that from the bimah.

I never heard a Rabbi praise or hope for the death of anyone. I never heard a Rabbi dehumanize a single human being. I never heard a Rabbi cheer for the spilling of anyone's blood.

The contrast with Imam Usama Abdulghani is striking.
