The Dancer! A class based on the Dancer job in Final Fantasy Tactics. It is complex but ultimately based around performing consistent dances every turn in order to debilitate and distract enemies. As they level they become even more adept at this and learn to use their influence to impose all sorts of effects. I kept the general concept behind a dancer the same and made nods to their use as seduction and stealth users, but they work just as well on the battlefield as on the stage. Session 4

June 30, 2018:

1. The Battle at the Fountain:

● The Battle Continues!

○ Round 3

■ Tw turn: Twang attacks quip group 1 with his longbow, but misses.

● Rolls for saving throw due to the bracers. Rolls a 7, succeeds on saving throw.

○ Keeps his health, but feels the bracers getting heavier

■ Quip Group 1: Quips start biting Twang’s legs and he loses 6hp

■ D turn: Doryu steps on a trap and slides down a trap door, landing

underneath the fountain1

■ El turn: Elaria uses Snowball Swarm.

● She summons a hailstorm that takes out the last 3 quips in quip group 3.

■ Quip Group 2: Takes damage after Chummy poops out the quip that had gone up his asshole

■ K turn: Koe moves toward quip group 2 and attacks with his scimitar and hand axe.

● Throws the hand axe at group 2. It hits and kills 6 quips

● Swings the scimitar and kills 17 quips with 17 stabs, creating a

quip kebab on his scimitar.

■ Ch turn: Chummy tries to use Vicious Mockery to mock group 2, but he

rolls a 1.

● He goes to mock the group, but only succeeds in screaming.

While his mouth is open, a quip jumps into his mouth and slides

down his throat.

■ S turn: Sirena uses Ice Knife aimed at group 2. It doesn’t hit.

● She tries to make the ice knife, but it melts. She rolls her eyes and says “I tried”.

○ Round 4

■ Tw turn: Twang stealths out 30 ft behind the fountain to try to get the

bracers off.

● He starts yelling as he tries to get the bracers off and scares quip

group 1 which moves 10 ft backwards.

○ The bracers don’t budge and he feels the ground shifting

underneath him.

■ Quip Group 1: the swarm moves towards Koe.

■ D turn: Doryu is still underground.

■ El turn: Elaria went to use a Lightning Chromatic Orb, but rolls a 1.

● She starts creating the lightning in her hand, but the rain gets in her eye, distracting her. The lightning disappears.

1 The person who plays as Doryu was absent this session, so the DM rolls for him.

■ Quip Group 2: Moves toward Sirena.

■ K turn: Koe chases and attacks group 2 with his double hand axe and kills

2 quips.

■ Ch turn: Chummy bites the rat in his mouth in half, but only bites halfway

through the rat, hitting the spinal cord. The quip begins biting Chummy’s tongue due to the quip’s nerve damage.

● 2nd attack: rapier attack, doesn’t hit

○ DM: “Chummy is way too tired so he decides to leave the

group ro go get an energy drink to fight off his narcolepsy.” 2

■ S turn: Sirena uses fire bolt, but it doesn’t hit.

● She tries to create a fire bolt, but it blows up in her hand. She

throws a temper tantrum because none of her attacks have been hitting.

○ Round 5:

■ Tw turn: Twang eats two rations of food to improve his health.

● He inhales his rations and says “Hmmm, just like Mom used to make”. Gains 2hp.

■ Quip Group 1: Swarm closes in on Koe, thinking about attacking, but gets timid.

■ D turn: Doryu looks around, but it is too dark. He rolls for perception

● It’s dark, dim, and wet and he knows he does not belong there.

■ El turn: Elaria uses Shocking Grasp aimed at group 2

● She hits the group with lightning and the group starts to scatter

■ K turn: Koe swings at groups 1 and 2 with his hand axe

● Misses group 1, but hits group 2 and they take three damage

■ Ch turn: Chuy is still getting an energy drink to help with his narcolepsy

■ S turn: Sirena uses Chromatic Orb aimed at group 1. It doesn’t hit.

○ Round 6:

■ Tw turn: Twang passes his turn for a short rest

● Behind the fountain, Twang covers himself with his feathers and

curls up into a ball. Gains 4hp

■ Quip Group 1: Tries to attack Koe’s ankles. They knick his ankles, but not

enough to cause damage.

■ D turn: Doryu is still underground.

■ Quip Group 2: group 1 and 2 combine and then separate into two equal

groups

● During their scattering, they bite each player and they each take 3

damage.

2 The person who plays Chummy was getting really tired and uses this time to go down the street to 7-11 to get an energy drink.

■ El turn: Elaria uses Thunderwave on group 2. It hits and does a good amount of damage.

■ K turn: Koe uses double axe on group 1 and hits 6 quips.

■ Ch turn: Chummy uses “flail” as a joke. He actually attacks using his

rapier.

● Pulls out rapier,quip cocks head and stands on 2 feet. Pulls out his

rapier and they clash.

■ S turn: Sirena uses a poison Chromatic Orb and it finally hits!

● Group 1 takes 15 damage and there is now 1 quip left.

○ Round 7:

■ Tw turn: Twang is still sleeping.

■ Quip Group 1: The remaining quip is looking like a badass, staring at

Chummy.

● Stabs Chummy in toe and Chummy takes 2 damage.

■ D turn: Doryu is lost in the dark wet place still.

■ Quip Group 2: Moves in on Sirena

■ El turn: Elaria uses a Chromatic Orb, but it doesn’t hit.

■ K turn: Koe hears voices in his head and loses 1hp.

● Uses hand axes on group 2 and deals 9 damage to the quips. ■ Ch turn: Chummy rolls perception to count remaining quips.

● Group 1 has the one rat, group 2 has only a couple left.

● Looks at remaining group 1 rat, “dis one’s mine”

○ Tries to conversate with the rat: “Why are we fighting? I love you”

■ The rat bites Chummy, who takes 1⁄2 hp damage. ■ S turn: Sirena asks Chummy “How mad would you be if I speared your

little friend?”

● She aims her longbow at the group 1 quip and Chummy exclaims

to the quip “We could have been friends!”

○ Sirena yells “Fuck you Chummy!” and the bow goes

through the rat’s heart. The rat looks at Chummy and goes “I just wanted a friend”

■ The bow goes through the heart and passes through the rat, hitting three quips from group 2

○ Round 8:

■ Tw turn: Twang is still “chillen at the fountain”.

● Can’t lift arms anymore and is hoping the battle ends soon so the bracers will stop affecting him.

■ D turn: Doryu is still underground.

■ Quip2: Each receive 3 damage.

■ El turn: Elaria uses Snowball Swarm but it doesn’t hit.

2. The Aftermath of the Fountain Battle

● The Battle Ends

○ K turn: Koe uses the hand axe and the scimitar to make a quip kebab ■ Dumps the quip kebab in front of Elaria (Chummy calls Elaria, “Malaria”)

● Elaria flips out at Koe: “You know what, Koe? You better watch yourself when you’re sleeping and sleep with one eye open!” ● Twang’s Bracers ○ Twang is trying to get the bracers off, yelling “These fucking things!”

■ Koe tries to remove the bracers by hitting them with a rock, but it doesn’t work.

■ Elaria rolls arcana check (18 + 2 proficiency = 20) ● Elaria heats up the bracers and reveals “Daggertalon” engraved in the bracers ○ Twang’s screaming intensifies and he yells “This motherfucker!” ■ Elaria asks Twang who Daggertalon is

● Twang: “It’s the kenku mob and this fucker is in on it” (“Fucker” refers to Smitty)

■ Twang smacks the bracers together and more words are revealed but there is not enough heat to read them. ● Elaria tries to heat up the bracers again but it doesn’t work. ● Koe pulls out his torch and lights it. ○ He puts it up to the bracers and almost singes Twang’s feathers. ■ The heat reveals the letters “TYFN”

○ Chummy decides he doesn’t want to be near the group because he is still mourning the death of his little rat friend.

■ He steps backwards and steps on a trap. He falls under the fountain and is now underground with Doryu ○ The groups notices a person in the background. ■ Koe and Elaria roll perception ● Koe notices it’s a old man ● Elaria notices that it’s Pansy, hiding in a bush. (Upon being spotted, Pansy cries out “I’m a bush!”) ○ Sirena suggests that the group go back to the Smith’s shop to see what’s going on with Twang’s bracers. ■ They leave Doryu and Chummy stuck underground and Chummy has his way with the injured Doryu. 3. Confrontation at the Smith’s Shop ● Back to Smitty’s ○ The group makes it to Smitty’s and the door is locked.

■ Sirena and Elaria scream at the same time “LET’S KICK IT DOWN!” ● They both roll an 18 and kick the metal door down with ease.

○ Tommy comes down the stairs and falls to the floor.

■ Sirena uses a healing potion on Tommy.

■ Twang asks what happened and where Tommy’s brother is. Tommy

responds saying that Smitty is not his brother.

● Twang gets angry: “I don’t care if he’s your brother, uncle, or

lover...I have Daggertalon written on my arm!”

■ Twang shakes Tommy and Tommy screams.

● Tommy reveals that Smitty is Frenchie (he shapeshifted to look like Smitty) and he is working with Daggertalon. Frenchy has his real brother and threatened to kill the real Smitty if Tommy tells the group where Frenchie has gone.

○ The group rolls investigation to investigate the Smith’s Shop for clues as to where Frenchie went.

■ Sirena notices nothing because she chipped her nail and is concerned with filing it down.

■ Elaria notices a broken floorboard by the sink.

■ Koe and Twang notice that the windowsill by the sink is shattered with

glass on the outside of the building.

● They come to the conclusion that when the door was kicked down,

Frenchie jumped out the window.

■ Twang notices Panrose hanging around outside the window and yells

“Panrose!”

● Panrose comes out from the bushes and Twang says “I need you

to do me a solid”

○ Pansy: “I just did a solid”

● Twang asks Pansy to stay with Tommy to keep him protected.

○ Sirena protests, not trusting Panrose.

○ Pansy leaves with Tommy after saying something sexual

■ Twang: “We’re possibly accessories to child trafficking.”

■ Twang looks for traces of Frenchie

● Smells a whiff of rotting flesh and starts clicking like a raptor.

○ He finds a hot steamy skin mess outside the window.

■ Frenchie is a shapeshifter and molted his skin

■ Twang picks up the molted skin and puts it in his

bag to smell for Frenchie

○ The group realizes that they now have the opportunity to find Frenchie in his

truest form. They must prepare and stock up.

■ Everyone loots the shop

● Elaria loots for spoons and forks. Screams in excitement “Dinglehoppers!!!”

■ Twang loots for the tournament gauntlets

● Finds invoice for them that says they were shipped out to Zythanrit

● Time to Come Up with a Plan ○ Koe tries to sneak outside, but climbs on the metal clinking doors, so that doesn’t help him be stealthy. ■ Koe sees glass outside and a trail leading to next city (Zythanrit). They now know which way Frenchie went ■ Elaria suggests they follow the trail and have Twang smell out Frenchie. ■ Twang says they should rest. Elaria counters saying that Frenchie could escape before they find him if they stop now. ■ They come up with a plan: Sirena will give Koe a healing potion. Koe and Twang carry Sirena and Elaria as they meditate, so they all heal and catch up to Frenchie. ● Koe and Twang roll strength check

○ Twang can’t carry, but Koe can carry both girls at once. ○ Group decides to go to the basic shop to stock up on supplies quickly before they leave for Zythanrit. ● To the Basic Shop! Kimmy, Roger’s assistant, is running the shop.

The group rolls perception to see what’s on the shelves of the shop ■ Twang haggles with Kimmy to get arrows for his longbow for free. (Note: Kimmy is not very good at haggling, which is good for the group). ■ Sirena, Twang, and Elaria are looking at potions with Kimmy. ● Twangs gets 4 potions for a “rare” 1⁄2 coin (Twang takes advantage of Kimmy’s bad haggling) ● Elaria gets 3 small potions for 2 coins that “smell” like mint (Kimmy likes mint and Elaria tricks Kimmy into thinking the coins smell like mint)

Koe gets in an argument with Kimmy. Kimmy makes fun of Koe’s face. ■ Koe: “Well, I can’t do anything about my face.”

● Kimmy says “You sure about this?” and asks if Chummy talked to him after he left the bar. Koe doesn’t know what she’s talking about. ○ Kimmy tells him that she can give him a potion to fix The Ugly if he names the right price. ■ Haggling for the right price: ● Koe tries to trade a silver dagger for the potion and Kimmy tells him to “Suck a peepee!” ● Kimmy tells Koe that if he finds 2 mint bushes and brings it back to her, she’ll fix his face. Kimmy: “ya girl likes a bush”. The group leaves the shop and goes to leave Zythanlit. to Zythanrit

to Put the Plan in Action The group heads for Zythanrit ■ Koe takes the potion that Sirena gave him and now has max health

● Koe carries Elaria and Sirena who are meditating

○ The group has to go through the woods that border the two towns before they get

to Zythanrit. They see a horse drawn carriage in the distance.

■ Koe puts the girls down in a bush. He and Twang go check it out

● The carriage seems to be in a hurry. Inside are two brothers that are carrying something heavy in the back of the carriage.

■ Twang spooks the horses by cawing and the horses come to a halt.

■ They approach the carriage.

● The two brothers are Tim and Cory.

● Twang asks what they are carrying and the brothers say that they

are carrying a chest for their client.

○ Koe rolls to check for thievery. They seem to be telling the

truth.

● Twang asks who the client is and they say “client confidentiality”. ● Twang asks if they went into the Smith’s shop recently and they

say yes. Twang goes to intimidate them.

■ Koe sneaks to the back of the carriage and rolls stealth check to pick the

lock on the chest.

● Koe fucks up by picking the lock and battle music starts.

● Battle of the Mimic

○ As Koe picks the lock, the chest transforms into a mimic. Cory and Tim disappear. The mimic flails around and looks for something to eat.

■ Elaria and Sirena are woken up by the commotion. Elaria sees Koe in the mimic’s clutches and gets angry

● Elaria: “WHY DO YOU ALWAYS GOTTA DO SOMETHING STUPID?!”

○ Round 1:

■ S turn: Sirena uses Ice Knife and does 7 damage to the mimic

● She flails it at the mimic’s mouth and chips 1 tooth

■ Tw turn: Twang launches and arrow at the mimic. The mimic sticks out its

tongue.

● The mimic grabs the arrow and breaks it.

■ El turn: Elaria uses a lightning Chromatic Orb and does 30 damage to the mimic.

■ Mimic: The mimic grabs Koe and wraps its tongue around Koe’s body.

● Koe will need to make a saving throw to escape on next turn.

● The mimic bites down on Koe’s arm and Koe takes 17 damage

■ K turn: Koe failed the saving throw, does not escape, and is flailed around.

○ Round 2:

■ S turn: Sirena uses Healing Word on Koe and Koe gains 7hp

■ Tw turn: Twang uses longbow to launch an arrow on fire at the mimic.

The mimic takes fire damage.

■ El turn: Elaria uses Snowball Swarm

● She summons a hailstorm with precise accuracy that lands right on top of the Mimic without injuring Koe

○ As the mimic dies, it mimics Koe’s appearance and dies looking like Koe bleeding from its eyes.

■ Each player gains 113XP and the group now has the carriage to use at their disposal.

****The group decides to end the session after this battle. More to come during next session****

Session 3

June 21, 2018:

1. The Aftermath of the Lodge battle: ● Who needs to rest?

○ After the fight, Elaria and Sirena take a long rest and meditate. The guys keep watch in case any more creatures come to battle while the girls rest.

■ Doryu and Twang hear a big thud in the middle of the floor and go to check it out.

● Pansy’s gift!

○ Twang and Doryu investigate the thud to find that Panrose has appeared in the middle of the room. He says that he is checking up on the group. He comments on how the house looks like shit.

■ Twang and Doryu recount the battle that had just occurred to Pansy. ■ Pansy uses magic to fix the house. Twang comments saying “We still

remember it as shit”, mad that Panrose did not help them with the battle

that caused the mess.

○ Twang wakes Elaria and Sirena up to see Pansy.

■ Pansy mocks the weak state of the group: “Bird boy and fucking pretty boy here tell me that you need help”

● Elaria gets angry and yells “Hey we beat a windowlicker no thanks to you!”

● Koe bites his finger at Pansy.

■ Pansy states that he has come to give the group a gift, in the form of a

“fierce warrior”. The song Electric Slide starts playing as Panrose summons Chummy, the gay bard from the future1.

● Chummy appears, clapping his hands to the music.

● At this point, Panrose dips out saying “This is me helping so I’m

gone for the rest of the night!” He vanishes.

○ Chummy2 becomes acquainted with the group. The group introduces themselves

one by one to Chummy.

■ Chummy cracks jokes and says “I’m a pirate...a butt pirate.”

● Koe cracks a joke back saying “He’s all about the boo-tay”, poking fun at pirates valuing money and bards liking sex.

■ The group fills Chummy in on their mission and on the situation with Frenchie, specifically how Frenchie keeps sending creatures after them and tricked them in the bar.

● Chummy’s response: “Sounds like a Frenchman”

1 Chummy was referenced in the previous session when Elaria used a lightning Chromatic orb to kill the windowlicker. The gay bard from the future was from a different campaign. The player decided to oin this campaign and now Chummy is part of the group.

2 It is important to note that Chummy cracks jokes and does whatever he wants because his alignment is chaotic evil. Chummy also has an accent that sounds surprisingly similar to Dracula in Hotel Transylvania.

2. Time to Hit the Town!:

● Let’s Go Shopping!

○ The guys suggest checking out the shops in the town to stock up for their mission and find more information on Frenchie and the Midnight Bane.

■ Chummy wants to go drink and Koe wants to retrieve his dagger that he forgot at the bar, so they decide to go to the bar. Elaria decides to go with them because she does not trust Koe’s judgment and does not know what trouble he’ll get into on his own.

■ Twang and Doryu decide to go to Smitty’s Smith shop to get new equipment. Sirena decides to go with them.

● Back to the Bar!

○ On the way to the bar, Koe, Chummy, and Elaria see an accordion player playing music.

■ The DM notes that they should not mess with him because he is a skilled archer. Koe gets angry about this and makes a sly remark towards the DM.

● DM tells Koe to be careful because he would hate for Koe to fall in a trap hole

● Chummy responds to this saying “Not all holes are traps!”

○ Koe, Elaria, and Chummy enter the bar, where they meet Roger’s assistant

Kimmy who asks what they want.

■ Elaria goes to explain why they are here, but is cut off by Kimmy calling

her boring.

■ Kimmy turns her attention to Chummy and starts flirting. Chummy asks for

a beer. Kimmy gives him a drink on the house.

● She asks Elaria if she wants anything. Elaria says water. Kimmy

tells her the water is bad and that she doesn’t want the water.

Elaria decides against getting a drink

■ Koe does not see the dagger where he had left it.

● Koe asks Kimmy about the dagger, but she doesn’t know about it and tells him to ask Roger when he returns to the bar,

○ Koe lies and promises Kimmy he’ll buy two of everything on the menu if she tells him where Roger is currently.

● Kimmy tells Koe to roll initiative and fight her for the information since she rolled higher than him.3

○ Koe looks to Elaria for back up and Elaria proudly announces that she will not back Koe up for acting on his own stupidity.

3 Kimmy is, as the DM so nicely puts it, a “meta-gaming bitch”. Essentially she’s like Deadpool and breaks the fourth wall. She knows the rules of D&D and uses it to her advantage in social situations with players.

○ Koe tries to get out of the situation by offering Kimmy money and she keeps telling Koe to “Suck a peepee”. She is obviously screwing with him. ● Koe rolls for investigation to look for the dagger again.

○ Kimmy keeps shouting “No dagger here ugly boy. But look, oh a mirror!” She points to Koe’s ugly reflection in the bar mirror. “Are we done here?”

■ Koe gets angry and decides to leave. Chummy waves flirtatiously at Kimmy and follows Koe out. Elaria thanks Kimmy for her time and says goodbye. ● Kimmy to Elaria: “Okay, bye cutie!” ● Smitty’s Smith Shop ○ When Twang, Sirena, and Doryu get to the shop, Smitty’s little brother Tommy is running the shop and there is a line of people. ■ By talking to people on the line, the group learns of a dark tournament in Zythanrit. Fighters go head to head with each other in a knockout fight. ● Tommy tells the group that the prize for the tournament is a pair of gold gauntlets that are there at the shop. ○ Before Tommy goes into the back room, he becomes nervous and asks the group not to tell his brother that he told them about the tournament or the gauntlets. ■ Smitty 4appears from the back of the shop. He greets the group and asks them what he can help them with. ● Twang talks to Smitty about a pair of bracers that he has in his bag. He asks more about the bracers and if he can make the better. ○ Smitty jokes saying “Yeah I can make them better, braced” ■ Twang laughing: “hahaha what’s humor?” ○ Smitty looks at the bracers and states that there are the initials TYFM on the bracers and that the original owner came from the castle. ■ He states that he’ll work on improving the bracers and that they can come pick them up after the store closes at 4. ● Twang holds up 3 talons and says “4?” ● Sirena corrects Twang (How to Train Your Kenku 2 Learning to count:

● Sirena asks Smitty if he knows about the Midnight Bane. ○ Smitty responds with “why would a little girl like you want to know?” (Sirena gets really angry) Smitty asks if they are with the Midnight Bane and why they have their armor. 4 Smitty is 8ft tall, human, and extremely strong. How is a human 8ft tall???

■ Twang and Doryu explain the situation in the bar and at the lodge to Smitty. Smitty’s response “You guys get into trouble wherever you go, don’t you?” ■ Doryu changes the subject to asking if Smitty has any brass knuckles or weapons he can use. He says “My knuckles are getting fucked up from all this hand to hand combat.” ● Doryu buys a monk staff. ● Smitty bangs on counter and Tommy comes out of the back room looking really scared or as Twang says “timid”. ○ Smitty hands the bracers off to Tommy and tells him to get to work on them. Tommy looks frightened but takes the bracers into the back room.

■ Sirena asks if Smitty has any weapons that would work well for her. ● Smitty laughs and asks “what do you even do in a fight?You cook in the kitchen?” ○ Sirena’s response: “I can cook and kick ass.”

● He turns to Doryu and Twang and asks them why they brought a girl into the shop

○ He’s clearly being sexist and Sirena is getting angry, deciding whether or not it would be smart to flip a shelf and piss of the 8ft tall man.

● Sirena asks if Smitty has a Yklwa in stock. He responds saying that one Yklwa will cost 25 gp.

○ She gets him to lower the price to 10 gp and buys the Yklwa.

○ The two groups meet up at the fountain in the middle of the town.

■ Twang gives Koe the dagger he bought at the Smith’s shop to confirm that it is his dagger.

● Koe asks what’s on the dagger (referring to the blood). ○ Twang’s response: “Extra damage!”

● Sirena tells him that it seems that Roger got pissed and gave the dagger to a bum and it’s the bum’s blood. ■ Koe starts to clean the dagger in the fountain. ● What Seems to be the Problem, Officer? ○ An officer approaches the group and tells them that the fountain is sacred and that Koe needs to stop what he is doing. ■ Koe gives the officer an attitude and the situation escalates ■ Sirena apologizes for Koe and tells the officer that they didn’t know the fountain was sacred because they aren’t from here. She asks why it’s sacred. ● The officer flips out and demands to know where they are from and why they are here. Sirena tries to answer, but is cut off by the officer. ○ “No, I want to hear from him.” The officer points to Chummy. ■ Chummy flamboyantly begins to whine to the officer. ● “Officer, I only just got here. Some guy Panrose poofed me in here and I don’t know these people or where I am.” ● Officer becomes enraged at the mention of Panrose and demands to know if they are with him and why they are here. He also states that it is illegal for Chummy to be drinking in the middle of the street. ○ Koe hides his face from the officer. ■ Doryu begins to yell at the officer saying it’s not right for him to be harassing them when they are doing nothing wrong. ● At this point Koe quietly and sneakily leaves the group and makes a run for it. Elaria sees and makes a note to yell at him for bitching out after the situation is diffused. ● The officer begins screaming about how close he is to having all of them arrested. ■ Elaria calmly talks to the officer: ● “Officer, I’m sorry about everyone’s behavior. We’re new here, so we didn’t know about the fountain. Chummy couldn’t give you a good answer because he was brought here by Panrose and doesn’t really understand why. Truth is, we don’t really know this Panrose guy. We’re simply renting out his house because we need a place to stay.”

■ Officer lets the group go on a warning and tells Chummy not to drink in the streets anymore.

● Sirena asks the officer why the fountain is sacred. The officer refuses to tell her, saying “Suck a toe, girl” and then leaving.

● Talking at the Fountain

○ Doryu asks about what happened at the bar

■ Elaria goes on a rant: “Koe was fucking stupid as usual and tried

to fucking bribe Roger’s assistant. He almost got into a ficking fight with her. And he fucking ditched us during that fucking fountain fiasco. I’m getting real close to beating the shit out of him.”

○ Elaria asks Sirena about how the Smith’s shop was

■ Sirena told her about how Smitty was sexist and how the younger

brother looked really scared and Twang talks about the bracers he

needs to pick up.

○ Koe comes back to the group and Elaria yells at him, telling him to “watch

his back”

■ He says that he had to run because he is wanted

4. Let’s Split Up Gang!:

● People to see, Places to go

○ Sirena decides she wants to go to the Basic Shop. Elaria decides to go with her because she needs time away from Koe

○ Twang, Doryu, and Koe decide to go back to the Smith’s shop to pick up Twang’s bracers.

○ Chummy decides to go to the bar again.

● Back at the Bar

○ Chummy goes back to the bar for another drink

■ Kimmy gets him another free drink and Chummy talks about Koe

● Kimmy mentions that there’s a chance for Koe to get his face fixed. She knows a way to fix “the ugly” if she gets something in return.

● The Basic Shop

○ Sirena and Elaria enter the Basic Shop and see Roger behind the counter.

■ Roger happily greets them as they enter and they states that they’re happy Roger is feeling better. He asks them what he can help them with.

● Sirena and Elaria express interest in medical supplies

○ Sirena buys a med pack for 10gp

○ Elaria buys a large potion for 13gp

■ Roger asks about their experience in the town

● Elaria talks about how Koe has been getting them in trouble everywhere they go and tells him how Koe almost got them arrested. ● Sirena mentions how Smitty was extremely sexist at the Smith’s shop and asks what his problem is. ○ Roger tells them that Smitty is part ogre, which is why he is so tall. ● Elaria asks about the younger brother at the Smith’s shop and why he seemed so scared. ○ Roger tells them that the little brother’s parents are dead, so he’s very timid. ○ Elaria and Sirena thank Roger for the medical supplies and leave the shop. ● Back at the Smith’s Shop ○ Twang, Koe and Doryu go to the Smith’s shop to find the bracers left on the doorstep and that they didn’t need to knock, like Smitty told them they would. ■ Twang goes to put the bracers on and Doryu stops him, saying that they should wait to test them out. Twang says “eh, but they’re really fucking shiny though” and then sadly agrees. ■ Twang knocks on the door and Tommy answers, seeming really nervous. ● Tommy says that Smitty got hurt making the bracers, which is why hey are out on the doorstep. ● Twang states that he wants to see Smitty ○ Tommy goes upstairs and then calls the guys to come up. ○ Smitty tells them to come into the room. ■ Twang thanks him for the bracers and then casts Cure Wounds on Smitty’s injuries. ● Smitty’s eye becomes less swollen and he feels better, but still groggy from the medicine his brother gave him. Smitty thanks him ■ Twang looks at the medicine. It is a brown liquid that Tommy gave Smitty ● Smitty reveals that he is part ogre (Twang’s reaction “BIG BOY!”) so the medicine isn’t working as well as it should. ○ Twang puts the bracers on and Smitty slyly smiles.

■ Doryu, Koe, and Twang leave to meet up with Chummy and the girls at the fountain. ● Back at the Fountain ○ The group meets up back at the fountain.

■ Twang shows off his shiny bracers to the girls and talks about Smitty being sick. ■ Elaria asks Twang if Koe behaved at the Smith’s shop ● Twang: “Yeah, like he wasn’t even there.” ● Elaria laughs and says “GOOD! ■ Chummu has been drinking. He got too drunk and fell into the fountain. 5. Cue the Battle Music ● Let the Battle Begin! ○ Battle music starts and 3 hordes of quips appear. 50 in each horde, 150 in total. ○ Round 1: ■ Tw turn: Twang uses his bracers to fight quips. Attack hits. ● Bracers start glowing and hurt Twang. They are cursed

○ From now on, when in battle, Twang must succeed on a saving throw of 6 or higher or take 1/2hp damage ■ D turn: Doryu attacks quips with his monk staff. ■ El turn: Elaria uses a lightning chromatic orb ● DM: “Elaria summons lightning that rains down from the sky and hits a horde of quips. Chummy becomes aroused at the sight of the lightning.” ■ K turn: Koe attack with his dagger. ■ Ch turn: Chumy runs to the middle of the battle from his spot at the fountain and uses Thunderclap. ● It hits a few quips and Doryu, who was near Chummy at the time and failed on a saving throw. Doryu takes some damage. ■ S turn: Sirena tries to use Acid Spalsh. The attack fails. ○ Round 2: ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ *****Well, it’s late at night. Tw turn: Twang shoots 6 quips with Hail of Thorns. Attack hits and Twang succeeds on saving throw.

D turn: Doryu tries to pick up Chummy and throw him at the quips. ● Doryu succeeds in picking Chummy up and holding above his head, but his knees buckle and they fall to the ground. El turn: Elaria tries to use Snowball Swarm. It misses.

K turn: Koe tries to attack quips. Attack misses.

Ch turn: Chummy runs right into the middle of a horde of quips Quips: One quip creeps up Chummy’s asshole

S turn: Sirena tries to use chromatic orb and it fails. She rolls her eyes and throws a tantrum. Almost 11pm. So the group decides to end the session here. Battle continues next session******
