why does mills have a stupidly designed eyepatch. Just wear a plastic pirate eyepatch with a skull on it like a normal cyclops.

That was just part of a halloween costume a few years ago. Some coworker threw a party, and while the costume was a hit, the drinks hit harder.

So I was just a little sick afterwards, and it was better to throw it out given the state of it when everything was said and done...

All in all it wasn't my proudest moment.

(( @rakeshouseparty Up to 26 was standard life, 27 was when things fell apart, a large chunk of 28 was taken up being trapped in absolute nothingness.  And the rest of the time was taken up by training, education, and then work. Of course most of this felt a loooooot longer for mills due to the difference between earth time and inside the pocket dimension.))

Yo.

Mills is a 30 years old.  His hobbies include cooking, watching 80/90s era action movies, lock picking, and has a general enjoyment of the kaiju genre.   

At the moment he works as a monster hunter, specializing in the more eldritch beings.  Although thanks to his training he also has a decent handle on dealing with demons.  

He was human, but things a sightly more complicated now.  Thanks to the backing of a powerful being, was able to eat the heart of an eldritch lord.  As such most of his real ‘body’ is contained inside of a pocket dimension. That place is mainly just meat bones and teeth,  Although he is able to shape sections of it into actually working land and buildings.  Although with enough sustained force, changed land or objects like that will return to its meaty state. They will also return to that if removed from the dimension.

He doesn’t like to think about the complexities of being a person place and thing at the same time.  So he does his best to ignore that and stay as human as he can.  Under heavy mental or physical stress that human form does have a habit of twisting and altering in undesirable ways. For example bones tend to grow and sprout off in random directions. At that point blood loss becomes the primary issue. Returning to the dimension does help him heal, but travel in and out of there is basically impossible without a clear mind.  

He also has a very annoying voice in his named Kenneth i his head who kinda came as a package deal with the whole eldritch lord powers.  As he was also a part of why Mills was able to survive the process. If Mills is completely out of it he can take control of his body and be annoying to everyone.
