it's genuinely funny to me when i see people claiming that there are no trans men getting attention for their accomplishments, only trans women, because that's....literally not true
#genuinely the only way trans guys can maintain bigoted mindsets about trans girls is pushing themselves as deep as possible#into the loneliest corners of cis society#this is actually true for a lot of the bigotries running rampant in the transmasc community right now#racism; misogyny; ableism; fatphobia; they all melt away when you exist in just one trans space#and realize that you’ve been an asshole and have to change for the people around you who you cannot help but adore#It’s very similar to manosphere / incel type maneuvers: forced; almost performative loneliness as a tool to blame women for mens choices#trans guys will lock themselves up in a windowless box and insist it’s trans girls job to open the door for us
