So here’s the tea First things first I’m not recycling hauls! I like certain products and scents so I just stock up on what I like For bâth and b0dy works - I had to take THREE trips to my car to drop the candles off. It was like a fucking buffet. I think there were 2 employees and they gave zero fucks. I’m never going back to this location so I just kind of went for it lmao
For szephora, candy store with no RFID and nobody cared
for vicctoriass secret - I just kept adding them to my bag and nobody cared. Ducked down and made my own blind spots after seeing where the cameras were at. Wayyyyyyyy too easy. I concealed about 15 pairs on my person and then couldn’t stuff any more into my bra so I had to legit just walk out as is. The SA didn’t even count me going in and out! She just left me alone. As I was leaving an employee locked the door and I was like internally having a heart attack but then I just said oh it’s closing time and she just smiled and unlocked the door, instead of going to the ER to treat the heart attack I just had lmao I proceeded to waaalgreens. They are dumb enough to hide their Bûürts bees behind a support beam so I just loaded up lmao
Baáth body works 27 candles x 35.42 = 956.34 Vanilla scrub x 3 = 71.34 Vanilla body lotion 19.28 Peach body lotion 19.28 Two sun lotions 30 Coconut lotion 19.28 Coco shea 24.80 Bath bombs x 9 = 100.08 Sheet mask x 2 = $20.00 Beach scrub 23.78 1284.18
Sśephora Good genes $152 Mineral veil 98.31 Dior foundation $72 Laura mercier setting powder $53 Nars concealer $41.81 Eye cream $88.14 Baby facial x 2 = $108x 2 = $116 $621.26
Victoria secret Panties 36 x 10 = 360 Body lotion x 2 = $36 Victoria secret love perfume 95 Lip gloss x 2 = 23 514
waàalgreeens Burt’s bees x 21 = 6 x 21 = $126 face mask = $5 Aloe x 2 = $10 Benadryl = $15 Essie x 3 = $30 Neutrogena sunscreen = $7 Sunglasses = $15 Marshmallow body wash = $20 Carmex = $3 Pen x 2 = $4 = $235

Store tips: old navy, f21, Sephora, and LUSH
So I’m sick as a dog with nothing to do and I thought I’d give you guys some insider info from the retail places I’ve had jobs.
Basically all of them abide by the don’t assume rule where they’re supposed to ask you if you’d like to see pants to ~match that top~ and passive shit like that.
old navy: has LP at each store. Associates do get rewarded if they help catch lifters. They will file a police report and try to get your car tags. Mine filed the police report after they left, however, making it rather safe to lift from. They only monitored fitting rooms on the weekend. We were taught to look for large bags and strollers. V easy to lift from. Company is also very shitty. They hired me and like 20 other people for the crazy $1 flip flop sale and then stopped scheduling us. Never said we were seasonal employees. They just don’t care about the people they’re hiring.
Forever 21: no lp, but managers do watch cameras. I learned about lifters bringing magnets into places when I worked here, lol. My manager held a meeting one day because they found a purse literally FULL of sensors that had been detagged and left. They have greeters at the doors to stop people who beep and fitting rooms are always monitored, though the employees are usually swamped with racks of go backs and don’t care. Company is shit and don’t care about employees. They would literally lock us in there at night even when we were there HOURS past our shifts. One girl had a blood sugar crash and NEEDED food and they wouldn’t let her take 5 minutes to walk to the food court. Fuck this place, rob them blind.
Sephora: employees talk to each other on headsets and refer to suspected lifters as NORA. so if you hear a casual sentence about Nora being in skincare, for example, ditch your stuff. They will call security real quick. Don’t feel sus if they offer you a basket, they literally make us offer one to each customer. At my store there is ALWAYS someone in perfume and literally their only duty is to make sure no one steals perfume. If you even stepped a foot away from perfume when you were scheduled to be there you would be written up. Never go to perfume to lift. Cameras weren’t really monitored at my store.
LUSH: easy, yet difficult. Don’t engage with employees AT. ALL. If they know anything about what you’re shopping for they will pesture you until the end of time. If we don’t continuously pop back in with customers we get in trouble. Make it very obvious you don’t want to be talked to so the employees will leave you alone. Seem antisocial. Lush has no cams and can’t make assumptions or chase you so just get the associates off your back and you’re golden. A smart trick I’ve found is to put the pots, such as the moisturizers, into the bath bomb bags so no employee will see you with it and try to talk you into trying our other skincare or w/e. It’s not sus, people do this all the time with things that don’t technically need bags. Conceal as quickly as possible so no employee can try to talk to you about whatever it is. We were trained to ask about what they’ve selected so we can recommend things with similar scents or effects to make bigger sales. Look empty handed at all times. There are no blind spots bc no cams so no need to carry things around. Busy times are your friend here, associates will be busy and won’t notice. Most stores have catalogs throughout the shop so you can also use the catalog method. All in all it’s v easy there, bath bombs are probably the hardest just bc they’re rather large. But they literally don’t do anything about lifters. My manager one time did follow someone out bc they had a stroller they were shoving things into. He just asked “do you want to come back in and pay for those” and they came back in and ditched them. He said if they would’ve said “no we don’t” then they would’ve gotten away with it. Company is very ethical though and does donate a lot of their proceeds to grassroot charities and programs to help end animal testing.. so there’s that 🤷🏻‍♀️ but they also make enough money to write off hella bath bombs every single day to demo. They won’t be missed

This haul is so pretty! I’m very much excited about a ton of the items I snagged- the Adidas pants, the HGH supplement, and Modern Renaissance. Being able to treat myself to nice things helps me feel better.
I just need everyone to know that I look amazing in the lace romper and my significant other is never going to see me in it. Details under cut to save your dash.

Lifter Tip#1: Guys always write down the date and the store you lifted from . I keep a notebook that has all the dates, store name, total and items I lifted. I also write down any helpful tips like how many SAs, how attentive they are etc. That way I can always check back to see when the last time was that I lifted from there and how much. It helps me to avoid going back to the same store too frequently. Obviously keep the notebook in a secure location. However I don't write the word lifting, shoplifting etc anywhere. So It just looks like a random shopping list. Always you can use the notebook in your phone that way you never forget the list.
