What you think about yourself is what you will embody so plant new thoughts, grow yourself from the mind up. 4. Find the courage to talk about your mental health. Even when people don’t understand, keep talking. You will find people who will listen to you. You will find people who will understand you. You will also discover that you are not alone, that you have never been alone. 5. Forgive. Forgiveness is the only sure way to kill the monsters that are hunting the halls of your memory. It may be difficult but it is necessary. 6. Work diligently on your sleeping habits. A restless mind is a breeding ground for anxiety. 7. Indulge in something that makes you laugh from your belly. 8. Do that thing that you have always been afraid to do. It will help you see your anxiety for what it really is, a fabrication. You have always been capable of doing what you anxiety told you couldn’t. 9. Refuse to give up. Never make defeat an option. 10. Commit daily to fighting for your mental health. Commit daily to standing up for yourself. You are worthy and deserving of living your best life.

The damaged caused by both institutions far outweighs any good that your individual relative may have effected nor do their motives for enlisting justify the intrinsic violence of these institutions
