I remember that one calamity and its memories that is still engraved in my mind. In 2013, a super typhoon flooded the whole country. The typhoon was named as Yolanda. Back then, I was still living with my aunt, the house that they inherited from my grandparents.
At that time, the house was not in a good condition. Due to the fact that it has been standing for so many years. The wind and rain was unbelievably strong, and our fence was getting unsteady. It would sway to the direction where the wind wants it to be. It was also getting and the weather just got more worst.
It was evening then when we heard something rattling outside our house and it was indeed our fence. Its grip on its base was very loose so my aunt had to go out with a raincoat and steady it herself by holding it while I remain inside of the house. I couldn't do anything back then, I was young and didn't have that much strength.
It was not that long until the rain vanished through thin air. After that, she called my brother to help her fix our fence. It took them a long time fixing it considering that it was wet and slippery inside.
"Don't wait for a disaster to strike: Prepare now."

Watch "Faouzia - This Mountain (Official Music Video)" on YouTube

I really connect with the song Bad Dreams. My favorite artist Faouzia Ouihya, a Canadian-Moroccan who is currently 22 years old, created a masterpiece. She began making music at such an early age. She would use the ideas that would come to her mind whenever she was by herself to produce a masterpiece and have a distinctive voice. Every time she sang, I always admired the strength emanating from her voice. This song immediately became stuck in my brain when I first heard it. This song basically exhorts listeners to put forth their best efforts, to remain positive in all situations, especially trying ones, and to ignore anyone who criticizes them. I hope you like this song. Thanks for listening!
