I guess this is sort of the digital companion to my primrose piece!

I love learning about other cultures, and I was inspired when I learned that some native people cut their hair during the grieving process. So I imagined Katniss after mockingjay, having lost Prim, and needing a new beginning. I kept the braid around her like a frame to show how this grief was still trapping her. (And of course, if anything is inaccurate or disrespectful, please let me know!)

I also wanted to practice backgrounds, so we have a little forest back there!

i simply could never be a xandercordy hater. like i’m sorry do you NOT want to see two utter imbeciles tear each other to shreds for literally no reason???? do you NOT see the charm in a relationship that is totally unnecessary and incomprehensible to anyone outside it but is also clearly bringing SOMETHING to the parties involved in it???? they’re absolutely hilarious. they’re vital to the ecosystem
