"[ It sure is....... Something. ]" The Flower responds, expression thoughtful.

"[ .... I'm sure whatever brought back a dead man could also manage to create a sentient flower, though. At this point... It isn't all that far fetched." ]" He reasons. "[ ... Though I would truly appreciate knowing how everything works now... ]"

He hums in thought. "Maybe you did, wherever you're from." He suggests. "I only regret that it meant I couldn't help you with whatever it was that happened."

He meets her gaze, expression thoughtful.

"...So I've been told."

In the first trial, at least. Es had mentioned him seeming to have more life in him now, though, during the interrogation.

Rainbow Amane approaches the Shidou with the gold sash. She refuses to meet his eyes, though.

"...Is this... how it feels like to die... I mean... to know you should be... dead...?"

The Shidou wearing the gold sash thinks for a moment.

He knows the feeling, that of knowing he should be dead, that by all intents his life has no worth and that his actions have condemned him to death, unquestioningly.

...But he feels as if she's not talking about that.

"...Could you describe the feeling for me?" he asks, after a moment of thought. "I can't exactly respond with certainty otherwise."

One of the 'Amanes' had mentioned being attacked by Yuzuriha. It seemed the most likely option...

"... Something else must have happened to me." He wouldn't leave someone to die. He couldn't...

"I don't believe I am familiar with the feeling, though. I am sorry, Amane." He says, though something tugs at him, a feeling that he Did know, that he just didn't realize it.

"I assure you I will not be committing any form of murder if I can help it." The plush says.

The others seem to give him a strange look.

The white gloved one, the one still wearing the gold sash and white coat, seems to notice the one with the Rainbow hat's expression.

"...Are you alright, there? Is something wrong?"

Cat drops the poor fish, who has now been placed into a bucket, in the shower. Turning it on before stepping away from the water. "It was surprisingly hard to find a big enough bucket...or a bucket in general..." Cat says. These people don't have enough buckets...

Though, it did mean she had a lot of time to watch the fish panic in her mouth. Which she was very happy about! @marchleader

"Ah..! Well, it's alright... I'm in no rush, really. I'm sure my family will be quite alright without me for a little while. Or the groceries. I was only carrying some fruits anyway," The plush says. Being hugged by an incorporeal voice was strange. "Take all the time you need."

How’s the lake treating you? And in a related question how far deep can you dive?

"It's been...fine. Better than being in such a small tank, at the very least." The brown gloved one says, leaning on the edge of the lake. "...Though I do wonder how we'll deal with this once this is all over... I feel bad for inconveniencing the warden like this, but I suppose if it doesn't fix itself I'll simply have to..."

"As for your other question..." He disappears under the water for a moment, before resurfacing. "...The lake is quite deep, actually. I'm able to reach the bottom of it, if I try."

Opinion on pets?

"They're cute. Like most children I had always wanted a cat or a dog..." The brown gloved one responds. "I had a fish, once. But I was....admittedly bad at taking care of it, ironically with my current situation... I had it for about a week."

"Oh, my boys are always hounding me for a kitten or a puppy. Never thought I'd end up being the one telling my kids "when you've proven you can take care of it", but here we are." The plush says. "Though, the real reason is that my wife already has her hands full with the both of them, what with my line of work keeping me away from home so often. Wouldn't want to give her more trouble."
