Here we reveal the secret masala ingredients that were added by our grandmothers in traditional chicken gravy recipes. This chicken masala gravy is not only for lunch, but also for breakfast and dinners...All set to prepare tasty yummy spicy chicken gravy??? Come let's cook!!!

Chicken Gravy Ingredients:Chicken - ¼ kg Small Onion - 10 or 15 Tomato - 1 Green Chilli - 2 Chilli powder - 2 spoon Dhaniya or Corainader powder - 1 spoon Turmeric powder - ¼ spoon Fennel seeds - ½ spoon Garam masala - ½ spoon Salt - as needed Coriander leaves , Mint, curry leaves - Handful for decorationFor Masala Coconut - 1 cup Small Onion - 4 or 5 Cashew - 10 Poppy seeds - 1 spoon Pepper - 1 spoon Ginger - 1 inch Garlic - 4 Cumin powder - 1 spoonSpices :Cardamom - 1 Clove - 1 Kalpasi / stone flower - 1 Bay leaf - 1 Cinnamon Stick - 1 Hing - pinchSteps to Prepare:Grind all the masala ingredients first and keep aside. Add 2 glasses of water in the cooker and cook the chicken for 2 whistles. Note: Wash the chicken with ½ spoon turmeric powder Then, open the cooker lid and add tomato and chillies. Take a kadai, add 3 spoon gingelly oil, fennel seeds, hing, Cardamom, Clove, Kalpasi / stone flower, Bay leaf, Cinnamon Stick and saute. Then add a few curry leaves, 10-15 small onions  and saute. Now, add 2 - 3 spoon gingelly oil, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder and saute well. Now, mix the sauted ingredients to the cooker where there is chicken. You can add water till you get gravy consistency and salt as you wish. Add garam masala, remaining grinded masala and mix well. Keep in low flame and let it boil till the gravy thickens. Sprinkle coriander and mint leaves for decoration. Your simple tasty chicken masala gravy is ready now!!!
