Just want to give a big thanks to @ruvieracd, @break-so-beautifully who created “Rochambeau” and the @rochambeauuniverse tumblr dash and @thisstableground for keeping up with her verse. This pandemic has been a bitch in Canada and even worse I have an autoimmune disease so going out is out of the question, but at lease I can come back to fandom.

@kikabennet @tiredalwavs @thisstableground @pika-ace, as I sit in quarantine (I’m not sick but Canada takes this seriously so we’re all quarantined) I can’t help but think about how Ruben would handle the isolation of the Coronavirus. Would it bring back memories for him of Jamaica? Would he feel claustrophobic? I know you all have different variations of how he heals and I know @pika-ace ‘s history of Jamaica is a bit more blunt force trauma and @kikabennet and @tiredalwavs is a little bit more mind gamey and @thisstableground I actually don’t know the time frame of Jamaica in your fic but I know it was very horror movie-ey (I know RACD is 9 months and I think in Silver Wings it was a year?) 

But I’d like your opinion on how Ruben would be handling things NOW-unable to work or go outside. Thanks!

This goes out to @thisstableground, @kikabennet and @tiredalwavs , ans @pika-ace . Because you are the main writers in the DNH fandom, can you all give insight on your work and how you view Ruben and how he fits into your fic universe and how you feel about DNH fandom as a whole?

I will be doing the same thing shortly with ITH, Hamilton, HDM, and Mary Poppins. My blog is about to undergo a large LMM character makeover! I want to have 'voices' on each character post and I would appreciate feedback from the ones who support the Ruben Marcado fandom.

Please tag others I may have missed! And please share your favourite fics (your own or someone else's) but only if they involve Ruben Marcado.

"Come by the club some time, ask for Bucky." How would he react when you actually show up?

“So let me get this straight, she’s halfway stitching you up and you ask her out?” Sam shakes his head incredulously knocking back another sip of beer. 

“Listen, I didn’t ask her out. I just told her to come by the club sometime,” Bucky smirked a little at the memory. 

“You’re ridiculous,” Steve scoffed at his best friend. 

Bucky smiled twisting off the cap off another beer and taking a swig. “It won’t matter, she ain’t gonna show,” Bucky said confidently, adjusting his leather cut that sat proudly over his chest. 

Steve opened his mouth to say something but instead his tilted head, eyes cutting to the other end of the lot. 

Bucky and Sam followed his line of sight and Bucky’s mouth dropped briefly before it morphed into a smirk. 

“Well, all be damned,” Bucky mumbled, his eyes stuck to you as he pushed off the wall and strode towards you.

is the crossover fic still happening? I'm all caught up on the HDM series!!

youd have to ask @kikabennet on that one! i said i’d maybe draw something for it but not write the fic since a) i’ve only read northern lights and b) i currently have fourteen separate fics that i’m working on (don’t ask how that happened, i have no idea, i only had four last week) i don’t think there’s even room for me to write any more

OK. That’s reasonable. I thought it was a collaboration fic :) Your art is lovely tho so it would still be amazing if you drew something for it.
