I'm 21 and I'm crying because I've been hungover all day and I miss my mom. I've also only been back in school for a week and I'm already so stressed out.

Hello I am currently slightly hungover in a hotel in Missouri. I wish I was still asleep but I woke up at 7 and uhhhh....yeah hangover stuff happened. But now I am up and I went and got a slice of toast (why did I only get one and not 2???) and apple juice and I feel a lot better actually. Which is good bc hangovers and amusement parks don't mix and I didn't drive 2 hours and pay for a hotel room for nothing.

So my internship started today. There are four other girls and they seemed okay until we went to lunch and three of them started to talk about Caitlyn Jenner and they were weirded out by her. I just don’t understand why. Like she said she’s a woman that’s so easy for me to understand but they just didn’t?? I mean I don’t really want to be friends with them and they don't seem to want to be friends with me. They all go to the same college together so I’m the odd one out (the fourth girl knows them but isn’t as friendly with them).

In other news getting up at 6:30 everyday just might kill me

Ambition has become such an ugly word, hasn’t it? But when you look up the definition, ambition is to achieve distinction in your chosen field and most of us would own up to that, wouldn’t we? So I’ve just decided to be a little bit less frightened and a bit less ‘Please like me and please give me a job’, and a bit more ‘This is my opinion and this is what I want to do’.
