how to glow up this summer without losing your mind ⋆.ೃ࿔*:・☀️
summer’s here and everyone's acting like glow ups are just bikinis and beach trips — but you’re smarter than that. if you want a real glow up? it’s going to take more than sunscreen and a new outfit. it's going to take actual discipline, not just aesthetics.
Tumblr media
✦ glow up your energy first.
pretty is temporary. energy is forever. fix your mindset. fix your morning routine. protect your peace like it's your only job this summer. (because it is.)
✦ move your body.
no, not to punish it. not for “summer body” BS. move because a strong body holds a strong mind. walk. stretch. lift heavy things. dance around like you’re in a coming-of-age movie. just move.
✦ hydrate your skin and your brain.
drinking 3 iced lattes doesn’t count as hydration, sorry. real glow ups aren’t dehydrated. carry that water bottle everywhere. drink until your skin thanks you.
✦ romanticize your daily routine.
stop waiting for a vacation to feel good about life. sunset walks. cute playlists. books at the park. iced coffee in your favorite glass. make summer feel good even when nothing “special” is happening. ☀️🍓
✦ unfollow, block, delete.
energy vampires? bye. people who drain you? block. accounts that make you spiral? unfollow. your glow up depends on what you allow around you.
✦ create goals, not wishes.
“i wanna glow up” isn't a goal. “i want to journal 5x a week, hit 8k steps a day, finish 3 new books” — that’s a goal. this summer is what you decide it is. stop leaving it to chance.
Tumblr media
final reminder: this isn’t your pinterest summer. this is your summer. no one’s coming to give you permission to glow up. give it to yourself. and then work for it. ☀️

Summer Ins & Outs
Tumblr media
in:
drinking enough water
doing my skincare
maintaining good hygiene
sun tanning
creative outlets
eating food that fuels me
making time for others
giving myself grace
out:
procrastinating
staying up too late
negative mindset
screen time > 4hrs
not prioritizing my wellbeing
it is so important to remember to rest and recharge during the summer. it is equally important though to not spend it hidden in the den of your room. make sure you’re taking care of your health and get some time out in the sun or on a walk! take advantage of the extra time and reconnect with others and appreciate your surroundings

How to Grocery Shop Like a Wellness Girl (Even at Trader Joe’s)
by Soleau Club / www.soleauclub.com
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Grocery shopping as a “wellness girl” can either be a full fantasy or a chaotic, overpriced spiral where you black out in the mushroom aisle and leave with seven types of nut butter and zero actual meals.
But when done right? It’s hot. It’s healing. It’s main character coded. It sets the tone for your entire week.
Whether you’re browsing Erewhon in a tinted Range Rover or dodging carts at Trader Joe’s in last night’s hoodie, here’s how to grocery shop like the wellness baddie you are.
1. Romanticize the Errand
This is not a chore. This is an event. Throw on sunglasses, lip balm, a slick bun, and an oversized tote. Make a mood-boosting playlist. Walk through the aisles like the moment you are. You’re not just buying kale—you’re curating your lifestyle.
2. Shop for Your Future Self
Ask: How do I want to feel this week? Energized? Debloated? Glowy? Less anxious? Buy foods that support that. You’re not just buying ingredients—you’re investing in your energy. That’s wellness girl economics.
3. Know Your Staples
Every wellness cart has her core:
Greens: spinach, arugula, microgreens
Fruits: berries, bananas, dates
Veggies: cucumbers, sweet potatoes, zucchini
Proteins: organic eggs, wild salmon, chickpeas, tofu
Fats: avocado, olive oil, tahini
Extras: bone broth, coconut yogurt, flaxseed, turmeric, herbal tea
Trader Joe’s girlies, don’t worry—TJs is loaded with underrated hot girl picks. Just skip the freezer aisle chaos (unless it’s cauliflower gnocchi or the matcha green tea).
4. Read the Labels (But Don’t Spiral)
Ingredients should read like something you’d say out loud, not something that sounds like a science experiment. If you can’t pronounce it, your gut probably can’t either.
That said, don’t fall into the clean-eating cult trap. Perfection isn’t wellness. Sanity is.
5. Budget for One “Fun Girl” Item
Yes, you’re allowed to buy the $7 matcha or the bougie almond milk creamer that makes your coffee feel like a spa day. One item that sparks serotonin? Essential.
6. Don’t Shop Starving or Stressed
This is how you end up with five jars of pickles and no real food. Eat a snack first. Drink some water. Clear your head. Then shop like a girl with standards.
7. Think in Meals, Not Ingredients
What are your go-to breakfasts? Lunches? Snacks? Buy what you actually eat and prep. Wellness doesn’t work if it just sits in your fridge staring at you while you Postmates a croissant.
Final Hot Tip: Grocery shopping is one of the most powerful forms of self-care. You’re literally voting with your dollars for how you want to feel.
So whether you’re in Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s or the little market on the corner—walk in like you’re shopping for the CEO of your dream life (because you are).

The It-Girl Productivity Toolkit: What to Keep on Deck for Discipline + Ease
by Soleau Club / www.soleauclub.com / @soleauclub
Tumblr media
Being that girl takes more than just waking up early and sipping lemon water. True productivity, the kind that’s chic, aligned, and actually enjoyable, is all about having the right tools at your fingertips. At Soleau Club, we believe in blending discipline with ease, structure with softness, hustle with hotness. This isn’t about grind culture—it’s about glam culture. And yes, there is a difference.
So what should every It-Girl keep in her productivity toolkit? Let’s get into it:
1. Aesthetic Daily Planner or Digital App
Whether you’re a pen-to-paper princess or a digital diva, your schedule should feel like a vibe. We love a soft leather planner in blush tones or a customized Google Calendar with color-coded categories (yes, “Self-Care” deserves its own block). Think of your planner as your assistant—it should work for you, not stress you out.
Hot Tip: Start your day by setting just 3 main priorities. Anything else is a bonus.
2. Hydration Station
You can’t pour from an empty cup—literally. Keep a cute water bottle on hand (bonus points if it’s glass and sparkly) and infuse it with lemon, chlorophyll, or coconut water for that extra glow-up energy. Hydrated girls are focused girls.
3. A Ritual Candle or Diffuser
Light it before diving into your day or winding down at night. Scent sets the tone, babe. Lavender for calm. Citrus for energy. Rose for main character vibes. Productivity isn’t just about doing—it’s about how you feel while you do it.
4. Noise-Canceling Earbuds + an It-Girl Playlist
If focus had a soundtrack, it would include soft house beats, Bossa nova, or French girl lo-fi. Throw in some affirmations like “Goddess Energy” or “Rich Girl Mindset” and you’re basically unstoppable.
5. Your Go-To Morning Elixir
Every It-Girl has her morning drink on lock. Matcha, mushroom coffee, collagen latte—whatever makes you feel your best. It’s about ritual, not caffeine. Create your moment of glam discipline where your body knows: it’s time to level up.
6. Clean Space = Clean Mind
Keep a luxe desk setup with minimal clutter, a chic notepad, your favorite lip balm, and a crystal or two for vibes. An It-Girl’s environment should feel like her Pinterest board came to life.
7. Mini Wellness Kit
Pop this in your purse: a rollerball of essential oil (peppermint or eucalyptus), some electrolyte packets, a silk scrunchie, mints or gum, and a skin refresh spray. She’s prepared, but in a soft, feminine way.
8. Boundaries + a Good “No”
Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is not overcommit. The It-Girl toolkit includes knowing what (and who) is draining you, and gracefully letting it go. Protect your energy like it’s vintage Dior—rare and expensive.
9. A Hot Girl Vision Board (Digital or Physical)
Keep a collage of your dream life nearby. Daily reminders of your goals, style, mood, and future self keep you focused and inspired. You’re not just working—you’re manifesting.
10. An “Ease First” Mindset
We’re not here to burn out—we’re here to glow up. Schedule breaks, romanticize your routine, and stay gentle with yourself. Real discipline looks like consistency, not perfection.
Want to stock up on It-Girl approved wellness products? Head to SoleauClub.com to shop everything you need to step into your disciplined, dreamy, main-character energy. And don’t forget to follow us on socials for daily inspo, wellness tips, and that 24/7 summer lifestyle glow.

June 1: The Summer Rebrand Starts Now
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
It’s June 1. Summer is the perfect time to soften, reset, and glow all the way up.
Not with pressure. Not with perfection. But with intention.
Here’s how to start your rebrand, the soft girl way:
1. Pick Your “Main Character Energy” for the Season
What’s your summer persona? Think of it like a role you’re stepping into: your alter ego, your vibe, your higher self.
• Is she soft and ethereal? Is she a corporate baddie? A wellness girly who’s always glowing and unbothered?
• Give her a name. A mood board. A playlist.
Tip: Try dressing, acting, and speaking like her just for one day. The shift is insane.
2. Reset Your Daily Habits (But Keep It Cute)
Instead of a full lifestyle overhaul, pick 3 core habits to focus on. One for your body, one for your mind, and one for your space. Keep them simple and sustainable.
Examples:
• Body: 10k steps or hot girl walks every day
• Mind: Journaling for 5 mins before bed
• Space: Making your bed every morning
Tip: Tie new habits to an aesthetic, like cute gym fits or pastel notebooks to make them more fun.
3. Romanticize Your Glow-Up Journey
If you don’t romanticize it, you’ll resent it. Make your rebrand feel like a vibe, not a punishment.
• Light a candle when you journal
• Set soft jazz or baddie beats
• Track your progress in a planner
• Celebrate small wins
Tip: The more enjoyable your habits feel, the more likely you’ll stick to them.
4. Curate Your Inner Circle
Your environment is your energy. Be picky with who you give access to you this summer.
Ask yourself:
• Who drains me?
• Who inspires me?
• Who holds me accountable and lifts me up?
Tip: Don’t be afraid to take a social detox or set new boundaries. That is part of your rebrand.
5. Have a Plan. Not Just a Vision
This is where most girlies fall off. You want to rebrand, but without a clear plan? It’s too easy to spiral, stall, or forget your “why.”
If you’re ready to actually do this and not just talk about it, I created something just for you…

GLOW UP GUIDE FOR 2025⠀
Tumblr media
READ: On average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic — 66 days to be exact. And considering that 2025 is precisely these many days away, why not start with our glow up plan already?
Tumblr media
Physical Glow Up-
BODY
— 5-10K steps a day.
— 7-8 hours of sleep.
— workout everyday for 1 hr atleast- yoga/stretching/pilates/cardio/lifting weights. a workout may take one hour, but your mood will be boosted for the next 12 hours.
— posture training.
— sunlight exposure after waking up for at least 10 minutes.
NUTRITION
— 2-3 liters of water every day.
— limit your caffeine intake.
— avoid sugars as much as you can.
— high protein diet, pre and probiotics.
— more fruits and veggies (+ green smoothies if you like).
— no junk/processed food/trans fat.
— no eating after 8 pm.
SKINCARE
— be clear on your skin type (oily, dry, combination, sensitive).
— once you're clear, use these accordingly- cleanser, toner, targeted serum, eye cream, moisturizer, sunscreen (≥50 spf).
— keep your bedding clean as well.
— no picking of skin on your lips, cuticle etc.
— gua sha to help improve blood circulation and lessen toxins.
— cold therapy may take three to five minutes of being uncomfortable, but your energy levels will be boosted for the rest of the day.
— remove makeup before you go to bed.
BODY CARE
— shower every day.
— exfoliate 2x a week.
— use body lotion (shea butter/aloe vera gel/coconut oil).
HAIR CARE
— wash hair 2-3x a week
— oil your scalp 2x a week, at least 3 hours before shampoo.
— hair mask 1x per week.
— never brush wet hair.
— use silk pillow case.
HYGIENE
— brush your teeth 2x a day, clean tongue and the roof of the mouth daily.
— floss daily.
— cut your nails 1x a week, never remove the cuticles.
— glycolic acid under arm for odor and discoloration.
— never use soap on your coochie.
Tumblr media
Mental Glow Up-
MINDSET
— set clear goals- define and breakdown your aspirations.
— start your mornings with positive affirmations.
— surround yourself with uplifting content and people.
— be shamelessly selfish to your career and mental health, remove anyone or anything that doesn't align with your priorities and wellbeing.
— boost your brain health by these 4 neuroscience tools:
difficult first: start your day with the most difficult task (cortisol and dopamine are high in the body meaning that your body/mind is primed to work).
rest your eyes: introduce a micro-pause after learning by resting/closing your eyes - will help retain information better.
tomorrow's worries: write tomorrow's to-do list before bed as it is proven to be effective in helping you fall asleep.
find time to play: engage in low-stake play. can be anything you find fun but where the outcome doesn't matter (induces neuroplasticity + reduces stress).
MIND
— meditation might take as low as ten minutes, but your focus will be improved for the rest of the day.
— no social media after waking up and at least an hour before bed.
— keep aside 1 hr of time to read daily! reading a new book may take five hours, but you will keep the knowledge forever.
— journaling, gratitude.
— digital detox once a week or for 12 hours.
— limit unnecessary screentime, unfollow or cut off people you don't want to see.
JOURNALING
— choose a regular time each day to journal, making it a part of your routine.
— find a quiet, comfortable place free from distractions. light a candle if you want.
— allow your thoughts to flow without censoring or editing.
— write about your feelings and emotions to understand them better. write about things you are thankful for to boost your mood. write about your short-term and long-term goals. identify what triggers certain emotions or reactions
— set a timer for 5-10 minutes and write continuously during that time.
— reflect on both positive experiences and challenges.
— make lists, journal your thoughts on these questions.
— journal at night to clear your mind before bedtime, because emotions and thoughts lose their power once we acknowledge them.
— a gratitude practice may take five minutes, but your mindset will be shifted for the rest of the day.
AFFIRMATIONS
— customise affirmations to your needs.
Tumblr media
Personal Life-
WEEKLY TASKS
— initiate small changes: begin with small, manageable tasks such as making your bed or cleaning your room every sunday.
— celebrate your success: reward yourself when you achieve your goals or have a consistently productive week. consider treats like buying flowers for yourself or watching your favorite show.
DAILY WORK
— set achievable goals: establish realistic goals for the day, week, or month ahead.
— track your progress.
— organise your work space, declutter your shelves etc.
— embrace the power of lists: keep a list of tasks to be done and their deadlines. this way, you start each day with a clear plan. to make it visually appealing and motivating, consider using productivity apps like evernote, habit tracker, or notion.
PRODUCTIVITY TIPS
— wake up early.
— plan ahead everything, do scheduling. you can use:
google calendar / notion / tasks .
— if the task takes less than 2 minutes to finish, do it immediately.
— countdown rule, if you are procrastinating, count 1-2-3-4-5 and jump.
— start slow, don't rush and try to do everything at one time.
— follow a proper routine, use app locks based on screentime.
— pomodoro technique, 25 min work, and 5 min break.
— schedule longer break times as well e.g 30 min nap.

A “Glow-Up Day” Itinerary for When You Need a Total Reboot
by Soleau Club / www.soleauclub.com
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
We all have those weeks. Too much stress, not enough sleep, your nails are chipped, your mindset is off, and your energy feels flat. When life starts to feel heavy, the best thing you can do is pause and give yourself a full-body, full-mind reset.
This isn’t about being productive for the sake of checking boxes. This is about reclaiming your glow. Your power. Your sparkle. Sometimes all it takes is one intentional day to shift everything.
Here is your curated Glow-Up Day itinerary for when you need to reset, realign, and re-enter the world as that girl.
8:00 AM: Wake Up and Hydrate Before You Touch Your Phone
Start the day with a tall glass of mineral or lemon water. Sip it slowly while you open the windows, make your bed, and reconnect with your space. No scrolling. No stress. Let your nervous system wake up gently.
8:30 AM: Move Your Body Intuitively
This is not about burning calories. This is about reconnecting with your body. Choose a workout that feels nurturing. A slow pilates flow. A walk outside. A stretch to your favorite playlist. Get your blood moving and your energy flowing.
9:30 AM: Skin and Shower Ritual
Do the full routine. Dry brush. Shower slowly. Exfoliate. Shave. Moisturize like you are preparing for a photoshoot. Use body oils, firming creams, and perfume. Romanticize this. The goal is to feel expensive and polished before you even leave the bathroom.
10:15 AM: Nourish Yourself with a Glow-Up Breakfast
Think clean, colorful, and hydrating. A green smoothie with collagen and chia. Or avocado toast with greens and lemon. Eat without distractions. Set the tone for how you want to be treated today.
11:00 AM: Get Ready Like It’s an Occasion
Pick a vibe. Maybe it’s model-off-duty. Maybe it’s polished CEO. Do your makeup. Style your hair. Put on an outfit that fits your fantasy self. Looking good helps you feel good and feeling good helps you get back in alignment.
12:00 PM: Journal and Recalibrate
Write out everything that’s been overwhelming you. Then make two lists:
• What you’re letting go of
• What you’re stepping into
Give yourself permission to rewrite your narrative. Today is a reset. You are not behind. You are becoming.
1:00 PM: Do a Mini Environment Glow-Up
Tidy your room. Light a candle. Throw out clutter. Wipe down your mirror. Your space reflects your state of mind. Keep it sacred and beautiful.
2:00 PM: Run a Hot Girl Errand
Pick one thing you’ve been putting off. Return the package. Go to the post office. Pick up groceries. Take yourself to a coffee shop and romanticize the routine. You’ll feel so much lighter after doing one thing you’ve been avoiding.
4:00 PM: Screen-Free Timeout and Walk
Leave your phone at home or on do not disturb. Go for a slow walk and breathe. Let yourself unplug. Observe the world around you. This is where clarity comes in.
6:00 PM: Self-Care Wind Down
Take a bath or do a face mask. Light your favorite scent. Reflect on how much better you already feel. You don’t need a new life. You just need to come back to yourself.
7:30 PM: Glow Dinner and Gentle Night Routine
Eat something nourishing and grounding. Hydrate. No blue light. No TikTok scrolling in bed. Listen to a podcast or journal your wins from the day. Go to sleep early, knowing you gave your future self the gift of a beautiful reset.
Want to Make This Your New Normal?
If one day can make you feel this good, imagine what 84 days can do. The 3-Month Rebranding Program is your full mind-body-energy makeover. It is designed for the girl who wants to glow on purpose and take her soft girl lifestyle to main character levels.

Sleep Like a Supermodel: Nighttime Rituals to Reset Your Nervous System & Skin
by Soleau Club / www.soleauclub.com / @soleauclub
Tumblr media
Getting your beauty sleep isn’t just about getting a full 8 hours—it’s about how you reset your nervous system and nourish your skin while you’re at it. Want to wake up looking like you just stepped off a runway? It’s time to revamp your nighttime routine with these rituals that help you reset from the inside out.
1. The Power of a Relaxing Bedtime Drink Start your evening off with something soothing, like a warm cup of herbal tea (chamomile is always a go-to) or dandelion tea for liver support. Add Soleau Club’s sleep gummies 30 minutes before bed to calm your body and mind, helping you fall into deep, rejuvenating sleep.
2. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate Throughout the day, keep your skin and body hydrated, but don’t forget about your pre-sleep hydration ritual. Try mixing a scoop of Soleau Club’s electrolyte powder into a glass of water an hour before bed to balance your hydration and prevent bloating. This will keep your skin smooth and plump overnight.
3. Lymphatic Massage Before Bed Give yourself a little love with a nightly lymphatic massage. Using your fingers or a gua sha tool, massage upward along your neck, face, and decolletage to stimulate lymph flow and encourage detoxification. It’s a perfect way to release tension and reduce puffiness before sleep.
4. The Power of a Skin-Soothing Face Mask A clean, glowing complexion starts at night. Treat yourself to a hydrating or detoxifying face mask before bed to lock in moisture and nutrients. While your mask is working its magic, do some light stretching on your yoga mat to release any remaining tension in your body.
5. Set the Mood with Calming Scents Create a serene atmosphere by dimming the lights and using a diffuser with calming essential oils like lavender or eucalyptus. This signals to your nervous system that it’s time to wind down, helping you relax into a deeper, more restorative sleep.
6. Bedtime Journaling for Mental Clarity Before hitting the sheets, spend 5-10 minutes journaling about your day or writing down things you’re grateful for. This helps release mental stress, reset your nervous system, and make room for positive thoughts to guide your dreams.
7. A Good Night’s Sleep The most important ritual of all? Sleep. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep every night to allow your body and mind to fully reset. Deep sleep supports skin regeneration, boosts metabolism, and refreshes your nervous system.
Ready to sleep like a supermodel? Start incorporating these rituals into your nightly routine and watch your skin, body, and mind transform. Follow Soleau Club on Tumblr for wellness guides, subscribe to our YouTube channel for weekly videos, and stay connected with us on TikTok and Instagram (@soleauclub) for all your self-care inspo.
