chapter 7! this is a short one, around 1300 words. Just wanted to introduce Mage, and it came to a good ending spot.

I finally got around to drawing Dragon’s dragon form!

And yes, this is to scale ❤️ he’s rather embarrassed by how small his dragon form is, but its still big enough for him to be a serious danger to his enemies, and adequately protect his loved ones 💞

Eli: ugh i hate when the headache is noticeable

Time: ‘The Headache’? Care to elaborate on that?

Wind, confused: you say that like always having a headache isn’t a normal thing

Time, growing new gray hairs and resisting the urge to facepalm or scream or both: it Isn’t, Wind. Most people do not always have a headache.

Wind: wait what? Then why does Eli also have it?

Eli, sheepish: because i should probably be wearing my glasses constantly but dont want to for a number of reasons

Four, whom no one had realized was listening: you two both need to wear glasses.

Wind: glasses? I dont need glasses!

Time, Four, and Eli at the same time: Yes You Do.

Eli has a little sister who is 6 years younger than her (18yo). Her sister’s name is Aryll, and has long dark blonde honey-colored hair.

Aryll is an adventurer, and wields a bow (always shoots with the bow horizontal because it looks cooler). She’s also an excellent baker, even better than her big sister

That’s the real reason she can’t commit to ever reading a book, but loves it when Scholar reads aloud to her

Dragon’s Zelda is relatively calm and level-headed.

Most of the time.

The most notable exception was during Dragon’s second adventure.

At this point, Zelda didn’t know Dragon’s whereabouts beyond ‘investigating the evil wizard went wrong because he still hasn’t returned’ and was frantically searching for him

She had finally found him just after he fought his dark link version for the first time. Dragon wasn’t expecting the fight, so it didn’t go as well as he would hope and he took some blunt hits to the chest (among other wounds)

Zelda found him, he nodded and said hi, then proceeded to take his tunic and chainmail and undershirt off to investigate the severity of his wounds with no regard to Zelda’s presence

(He also may have taken a hit to the head at some point~)

She just stood there, mouth agape, face red as a boko and unable to look away for a good couple minutes, until Dragon finally noticed her reaction

At which point his mind finally cleared and pink dusted his cheeks, and an embarrassed apology was offered.

Zelda shook out of her shock at that point and went on to help him take care of his various wounds (both continued to blush the entire interaction)

When Eli gets in a really cranky mood, Squire starts casually singing a calming song she likez and it always calms her down in seconds

Lupus looks like he could kill you, and would never kill a person.

Felis (his zelda) looks like a cinnamon roll, and Has Killed A Man.
