Daily reminder that your regression doesn’t have to match someone’s idea of “aesthetic”, for example pink and cutecore. Although, if your regression does look like that, you are still just as valid.

Regression can look different for everyone!! You’re still just as valid if . . .

• You don’t regress often

• You regress most of the time

• You don’t match popular aesthetics

• You regress alone

• You have a caregiver

• You regress to an age older than 10

• You regress to an age younger than 10

• You’re not open about your regression

• You are open about your regression

• You watch horror or “unchildish” things

• You watch cartoons

• You don’t use pacis, bottles etc.

• You do use pacis, bottles etc.

• You babytalk

• You don’t babytalk

Just remember . . .

Your regression is valid.

Don’t let anyone change your mind. Your regression is valid and unique to you. If regression works for you, that’s perfectly okay, no matter how it looks.
