a message from piper.

hey, you guys! it's been a while, i know, i know. i'm not here to make false promises, though. i'm not here to tell you that i'll be coming back or to throw open a thread that i never get to. this should have probably been said a long time ago, but sometimes it's hard for me to face the reality of something that i really don't want to.

unfortunately, i think i'll finally be closing this account. i don't delete the blog, because i honestly can't bring myself to do it, but i don't think i'll be returning to it, either. i'm going to change up the theme and such to fit the goodbye, and it definitely sucks for me, because if there's one muse that i feel the most attached to in all my time of roleplaying, it'd definitely be naruto. i've met so many wonderful people and have written so many things that i'm proud of on this blog.

however, i just can't find the muse.

if you'd like to keep in touch with me, feel free to ask for my skype. i'd be more than happy to give it out and keep in touch with those that i'd grown so close to.

and who knows, maybe i'll pick him up again, in the future. or maybe another character. maybe someone from a completely different anime! but for the time being, i don't really see a future on the blog.

i literally have always wanted to make an itachi. i honestly have no idea why i never did so!!

          ( some things will never change. ever. )

          ( back to the normal game -- to training ruthlessly only mere moments after returning from a mission, back to wounds and exhaustion and not a lick of rest on his schedule. the best decision made in a long time.

           the ball of wind induced chakra hit the target with ease, the only thing heard, besides the crack of wood, being the pants and heaving of his chest. tanned thumb reaching up to swipe across his brow, Naruto smirks -- wide and proud. )

                    'Perfect.' ( the double syllable is whispered under his breath. )

          '-- hey, Sakura-chan! You busy?'

              ( it had been more than a while since the two had sparred, definitely longer than his mind could grasp, and denial to the simplicity of missing the memories would have been futile. both of them had gotten stronger -- immensely so -- and Naruto had been in dire need of putting that thought to the test.

              besides, it would get his mind off of some other tragedies, for a little while. if only for a little while. it was worth the try, anyhow. )

          ( a graceful land on two feet in front of cherry blossom locks and the ruby fabric of her dress. training had become a solo act as of late, and Naruto had been holding back from the rest of his team for quite some time.

          a little training here, or there, with Jiraiya -- before they actually left and truly pursued his goals, his priorities. a trademark grin is offered, pearly whites and shining, azure hues. )

                      'Only by a few minutes -- gimme a break, Sakura-chan!'

            ‘You’re late again, Naruto.’

my theme is more or less stable (for now, at least) and i'm definitely ready for some roleplaying. anyone want a short starter?
