Muse Hobbies ;

Delphine -

Painting is a well known one, she likes it. A great medium to express herself and she doesn't feel the need for it to come out perfect because that's not exactly what it's for.

Some form of fighting as a pastime. Parents were always big on making sure she could defend herself, and it just became a habit to keep alive. Though she doesn't do it as often in her main verse. Mafia and Main it is mandatory, and she quite enjoys it. Her foster kids were all in self-defense classes.

Smaller scale ones are cooking and tasting wines. These are primarily just to entertain herself.

K'in -

Tinkering with things such as little mechanical kits to build them (think those build a gun boxes) or learning in general. She likes knowing things. In all the verses, there is something they loved putting their everything into before their Father got in the way. ie blacksmithing for main verse. Photography for their mafia/main verses.

Another is self care, especially when it's things like nails or clothing. They love making outfits that make them feel like themselves. They do present quite femininely because of reasons, but if allowed, they'd incorporate more masculine type clothing.

A smaller scales hobby is working out. K'in is vain to a point, and they like putting un work to look their best and feel it as well. They adore body weight exercises, and you can catch them balancing on an arm out of leisure when they can finally do it effortlessly.

Kio -

Hmmmm I haven't been able to think of Kio in a way that isn't a attached to the whatever character he has a dynamic with. He always had a passion for interior design. Which stemmed from a want need to make a space his own, and that spread to helping others make their own space.

He doesn’t have hobbies so much as he has things he does to occupy his time. He fosters dogs, does small projects in his actual down time but outside of that he doesn't really do much for fun expect spend some time out.

I'll have to come back to him 🤔

Zara -

my pookie wookie darling Zara. One muse that has a lot of things she splits her time between. The most major ones she does are makeup and playing insturments [ mostly the guitar but she can pluck some notes on a bass as well ].

Make up is very important to Zara, it's the very first way she showed rebellion against her parents before she took up piercings. It expresses her, she loves to do statement makeup. As subtle as she thinks she is, she can't hide from herself when she does make up on herself. It always seems to give feeling to what she refuses to name. And she enjoys the process of it.

Playing guitar is very similar to makeup in that way. She got it as a gift from a friend whose sofa she crashed on frequently (Stacy). It is damaged at some point and she drags her feet to fix it even after her relationship with Stacy mends itself because she feels guilty but she plays beautifully and it brings her a lot of comfort.

Smaller hobbies are collecting things she finds cute like blind boxes and the like. Another is uhm well...still collecting but instead of things she can display on her shelves it's sex toys. She finds it fun and loving on herself is something she loves doing. 🤷🏿‍♀️ a girl has her hobbies.

Shiloh -

I...he doesn't like talking to me guys. He's so silent all the timeee. He likes gardening I know that. Is it because it pisses his father off to see his son on his knees and knuckle deep in fertile soil? Plucking weeds the same way he should be handling the fiddle of the violin he's expected to learn. With poise, grace and mastership of the station he's supposed to be in. If that's it, I dont know but he seems content with doing it.

A hobby i know he enjoys though, is when he has to look over jewelry for whatever reason. He likes catching on impurities or searching for them to find none. To see the craftsmanship put into the pieces and diegning one fit enough for him (or whoever he's picking for) to wear.

sometimes I wonder what it would be like if the mundanity of royal life never got to Shiloh. What if all that care, that worry, that protectiveness that he harbored never started to wane because it was so constant. What if he didn't feel the yearning for something new. To watch his sister cry on a regular. To hear his father belittle his own children so often. It became a routine, a normal.

What if he cupped K'in's face like he used to instead of watching from the corner of his eye to see if she'll finally do something else but stomp away with a high chin.

Hell, her maybe shouting at their father would bring back some kind of novelty to it all. But she can't, she doesn't. He understands, and yet he's bored. He blinks away the sleep from his eyes as those heels he knows bruise her feet click away, and he looks at that guarded melancholy on his father's face that seems stuck there.

It's so Normal.

Delphine - dewy, freshly cut grass, underlying woodsy scent, something heady but still soothing

K'in - candied rines of limes, lemons, oranges. maybe even orange peel tea. ginger and lime. things like that.

Kio - cherries, maybe apples too, burgomet feels right too. seems really sophisticated huh but I think it suits him

Zara - some tart treat, currant, blackberries, vanilla, and a subtle sweetness under all that tart

Shiloh - coffee beans, with a caramel finish, heady but comforting, wakes you but not in a rush

Zara blinks at her now empty hand. “ HEY - give it back! ” She huffs and folds her arms, she didn't even try to lie. And yet he refuses her. What does a girl have to do to see some chest ‘round here??

“ You sure you could do it? The marker isn't too small for your big fingers? I'd let you but with wonky they'd be I'm sure it won't be as pretty as mine would. ”

See, she's a great girlfriend. If he was a more normal nerd, she'd let him do finger walks on her if he asked. But he always makes her the weird one.

"Mm. And a dick on my chest is 'pretty'." She was as unconvincing as ever. Too honest for her own good. Instead, he was taking the marker form her hand, taking a moment to orient himself, as she was sitting close enough that his vision was a bit hazier, especially since he'd taken his contacts out for the day.

"And what if I were to draw a dick on your chest? Would it have the same mesmerizing effects?"
