klaus enjoys the hunt, both figuratively and literally. he may claim it's simply because of the wolf in him, but he gets a dark thrill in chasing his prey. primal play is a huge turn on for him, and there's nothing quite like hunting a willing partner through the woods to catch them and have his way with them to get his blood pumping. of course, if said partner is a random fling that he doesn't give a damn about, they're just as likely to meet a permanent end rather than a happy one ⸻ sometimes he gets a tad too deep into his animistic side, but ya know ... shit happens.

he likes to inflict pain, partially because it makes him feel more powerful and partially because he just likes to know they're willing to be in pain / bleed for him. this could include a variety of things, but of course biting and marking them is among his favorites. if he really likes them, he might even use his fangs or claws to carve his initials into their skin.

perhaps contrarily to the previous one, he takes giving pleasure very seriously. he considers it a failure on his part if his partner leaves his bed without finishing at least a handful of times, and his ego won't allow that. he sees it as a conquest of sorts, leaving them so satisfied they can't stop thinking about him and the pleasure he brought them. even if he never plans on sleeping with them again, he would be deeply enjoy it if he ruined them for anyone else and no one else could truly satisfy them.
