After knitting is before knitting! Yesterday I finished the pair of socks for my dad and as soon as I got home I cast on the stitches for another pair 🙈 this one is going to be a christmas present for one of my friends and I'll knit a cuff pattern right down to the heel

Every once in a while you gotta knit something for someone besides yourself 😅

One of the very first pairs of socks I knitted turned out wayyyy too big because I thought I knew it better than every table and used too many stitches. So I gave them to my dad who's been wearing them like all the time because he's always freezing. Last week I bought this yarn I thought he'd like and now I'm making him his very own pair of socks 😅😅

A little work in progress 😊 my dad built me one of those wooden things for socks, and I think I'll make little marks for when I need to start with the tip for various sizes I often knit

I finished the first sock with this tiny little knitting needles and I really enjoyed knitting it! It is a little smaller than the ones I usually make but it still fits and I think it'll loosen a bit when I wash it for the first time

I got myself one of those tiny little round knitting needles made for knitting socks. At first I wanted to cry because they're so tiny 😭 then I wanted to cry because they made me feel like a giant who's using dwarf knitting needles 😭 but then I got a little more used to them and now I really like 'em! They make fast knitting really easy, even though I still have to learn how to knit the heel

I started knitting the first sock of this pair thinking I had 2 balls of this yarn. It turned out though it was only one 😶 so I had to improvise and use another kind of similar yarn for the second half of the right sock 🙈

I had some leftover yarn from knitting my beanie so I decided to make a pair of mittens 😊

I just finished a pair of baby socks for my friend who's having a baby in February 🥰 they're just so cute because they're so small and really fast to knit!

My friend inspired me to try out this pattern and I think it looks so pretty! But I really don't know the English name for it, can anybody help?
