T'Lyn's "favorite cocktail" is room-temperature water.

Have any of you ever drunk room-temperature water? It isn't what I'd call good, but it has definite flavor; you can taste everything in it. Every impurity, every mineral, you can "taste" the cup it's in, hell, if you leave it sit out long enough to warm to room temperature you can taste the thin film of dust particles it's collected out of the air.

I submit to you that for Vulcans, drinking room-temperature water rather than properly chilled water is an act of supreme decadence. T'Lyn is reveling in the subtle, chewy flavors of the act of drinking rather than doing it purely for hydration. For her, it is in fact a cocktail, no different than the glow-in-the dark beverages her weird and yelling crewmates consume.
