Turns out if you win on Toreba but the prize tag gets trapped between the bars ... you don't actually win. I had just gotten this Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom Blue Raptor Plushy to drop, the "Win animation" displayed, and then I noticed that it was still dangling. I remembered this happening to me once before with the prize not completely falling but the win animation showing. That time, the win cancellation made a bit of sense because the prize was legitimately (kind of) still in play. I gave it 2-3 more tries trying to poke at the tag, but it seemed very unlikely. Sure enough, 2 minutes later another player came in, jiggled the tag free and won. Oh well. Here's a trick to make Toreba game pages load about 3x faster on desktop. I've found there is also much less lag this way ... which results in me winning more often & more easily. Open games in the web app instead of the default player. Load times drop from 20-30s down to just 7s. See below for a bookmark to automate this. To test it out, the quickest way is to change the game URL from: .../play/select/... to this: .../play/webapp/... 👇👇 I automated this partially with some bookmarks 👇👇 BOOKMARKS ➡️➡️ Use this bookmark script to flip all of the Toreba game links to open the web app instead of the slower Flash player. Add a bookmark to your bookmark bar (in Chrome, right-click on the bar and choose "add page"). I named mine "Make Toreba Fast Again #MTFA" 😀 and gave it this URL: javascript:document.querySelectorAll('a').forEach(function(i){ if (i.href.indexOf('/select/')!=-1){i.href=i.href.replace('/select/','/webapp/'); i.target='_blank';} }); Load the Toreba home page, click this bookmark after the page loads, then click any game. It will load that game's web app in a new tab. Here's another bookmark I use to flip back to the default player as needed (i.e., the webapp sometimes fails to load). Name it "Make Toreba Slow Again" and use this "URL": javascript:window.location=window.location.href.replace('/webapp/','/select/'); SOME MINOR QUIRKS ➡️➡️ ➡️ Occasionally a completely black screen is presented for the game video. ➡️ Sometimes a game won't let me click on the play button to queue/start a game. ➡️ ➡️ (Whenever this happens, I just flip the URL back from "webapp" to "select" and wait 30s for it to reload.) *DISCLAIMER* I don't know if Cyberstep / Toreba discourages this. The web app interface seems similar to what is used within the mobile apps, so my guess is that it's not a big deal. I've won many prizes using the webapp and they go into my cart just the same as always. It's sooooooo much faster to load and use, so I'm okay with some minor glitches.
