I love when Arthur completely disregards information. Like the episode in season three when he's getting the fisher kings trident or whatever. And he gets told "you can't do this alone, you'll need Strength and 𝕸𝖆𝖌𝖎𝖈" and he's just like, "cool, anyways". Then his best bud Merlin and this fucking guy he's chummy with show up and he also just like, "cool, anyways" albeit a little more whiny abt his quest getting "messed up".

He also just. Doesn't seem to notice a difference in his physical health in this episode. Not even a "man why am I so tired". He's fit. He's used to journies like this. Merlin and Gwaine got through the same portion he did and weren't even phased, but apparently it was completely logical for him to be having to have a quick nap (read: damsel faint) every couple of hours. Or whatever the fuck the time span of that was.

Semi-aquatic.

Closely related to true monitor lizards in the family Varanidae.

The only member of its family.

They do have inner ears, and are capable of hearing, despite the lack of ear openings and tympanae.

My dad sends me. Doctor Who character analysis sometimes and here's his latest:

11, more than any other Doctor, is the reason that River says, "Never let the Doctor see you get older." Rose, Martha, Amelia, Clara, Billie, Ryan, and Yaz are all young, all full of a sense of wonder for the things that the Doctor shows them. Donna is an adult. She first decided to become a companion because she was in a rut and wanted to run away from that. So 10 thought she would be like the the others. On their first trip, 9 showed Rose the end of the Earth. When she assumes that he is going to save the Earth, he corrected her. Stating that this is an unchangeable event. From the beginning, he trains her not to question his judgement on what he says cannot be changed. Donna was too old to fall for that and pushes back constantly. Okay, so you can't save everyone in Pompeii, then just save one person. It isn't an all or nothing proposition. He learned from that and tried to do better. Until he got too arrogant and tried to save someone he really should have let die. But then he became 11, the Doctor who forgets. The one who keeps running away more than any other. 200 years running away from Lake Silence. Years in a cloud over Victorian London. Years spent in a monastary.

If he can't save everyone, then fine. He won't save anyone.

Then he became 12, with a face to remind him of Donna's lesson.

i dont know why the doctor doesnt see it coming when the master is somehow alive and back. its like hearing that hayao miyazaki is retiring after a movie and believing it unquestionably. at what point is it actually your fault

who do you think is the most talented actor in merlin (and perhaps. also who is the worst actor in merlin)? NOT FAVORITE just who is the best at playing their character.

without a doubt anthony head!! i adore his portrayal of uther, a character i despise and love all at once. he makes it so easy to be afraid of him, but also to understand the moments where his exterior of tyranny cracks. that moment in 1x13 where he carries an unconscious arthur across the courtyard is one of my favorite pendragon scenes, as well as the one with morgana in 1x08 where he chokes and threatens her. both very different but in both (and all others), anthony's acting really affects me. uther is terrifying, he's funny, he's loving (sometimes), he's horrific, and anthony never misses his mark, in my opinion.
