Watching the fighter in action was akin to watching a ballerina on the stage - mesmerizing, breathtaking, beautiful. Annie was acutely aware of her weakness for pretty faces but FUCK, she was smitten. Like a giddy school girl anxious about a crush, she did her best to keep a cool facade. Her best was not always adequate.

It took an embarrassing amount of courage ( she, the bard with seemingly endless charisma ) to approach Stori as she sat near their campfire.

Annie has died on several occasions, for various reasons (both her fault and not her fault). The people in her life, whether they be circus affiliated or her current criminal partners, find her to be too valuable an asset to lose so they just don’t let her stay dead.

She starts a tab with Withers as a joke but it very quickly becomes not a joke.

Annie was no stranger to the sight of blood - she'd given and received quite a few beatings in her time. Some worse than others. But this ? This was true horror.

The half-elf stood at the edge of the pool of crimson slowly bleeding out from Alfira's body, amber eyes wide and lithe fingers trembling. She knew the path they were on was a dangerous one; death was sure to find them eventually. She just didn't know it would be so soon and so violently intimate.

Annie batted her lashes at Druj before a deep, joyous laugh escaped her parted lips. It felt good to laugh, despite the mortal peril that seemed to follow their every step. She mentally reminded herself not to get too comfortable, however, as how easily these amicable strangers could turn into threats of their own nature.

The half elf sauntered over slowly - slowly enough to allow herself time to take mental inventory of the various knives strapped along her body: one at the thigh, two at her ankles, one slipped quite precariously between her breasts. As easy going as she was, a sordid past taught her to not trust a soul. She wasn't a complete idiot.

Draconic purrs would emit from his maul as she spoke. A poet? How interesting, the dragonborn was not in any sense related to dragonkind as many thought but he certainly had the pride of one. To have himself spoken of in such a way, yes, he deeply wished to covet these compliments. Flattery truly would get one everywhere with him, provided they were strangers. No matter how silver one's tongue was he had no patience for those he knew were riddled with ill designs.

" You are hardly sitting close enough to be saying such things to me. Come here."

He'd tap next to himself, beckoning her forward with his claws. She might not have wanted to push her luck but such things came so naturally to him. What had he to lose, truly? To deprive him of her attention meant she would be deprived of his, a happening of which she would be far more lessor for.
