I belive ive walked in this circle for too long and need to find my way out.
My stomach hurts like never before and i think im experiencing the ulcers people are talking about.
Ive been trying to unfriend Mia for the couple months weve been hanging out
Shes taking my money and bound me to a lifestyle i am not proud of and want to get out.
I was experiencing a bad stomach pain last night and its carried onto the morning
I took tylonol and slept through the uncomfort.
What got me here was an edible, i lost control and now my stomach hurts like never before
Im worried for my health
To the point of confiding in a doctor
Im not one to admit that ive dug a hole i cant get out of
But the pain is so severe i worry i need to seek a professional problem solver
Ive read that ulcers can heal on their own, except it may take months and ill be enduring pain for a while
It might be good to have a constant reminder
That i must injest food wisely or else the pain will get worse
My health might decline and i might actually need to admit my faults.
I might actually need to go to the hospital and be admitted to get some help
Which is the last thing i want to do
Admit that my decisions have brought a consequence i thought i could avoid
I thought that i could keep doing what i was doing and my body would adapt
It adapted alright with an outcome i did not expect
It was very ignorant of me its all ive seen on the internet
Mia is quite detrimental to your health
Im experiencing it first hand, belive me when i say
Mia is not your friend she will cause harm and bring you pain

things i wish i knew sooner part 2
-dont be lazy. dont ask ppl to fetch things for you, dont order in, dont eat in bed, clean your house. dont just sit around doing fuck all all day, move around often, if you want something get up and fetch it yourself, dont order groceries if you can walk to the store and buy them in person, do your own dishes and clean often. if you're able-bodied you need to be moving around as much as possible. being lazy and sitting around makes so much difference in your body and it shows, and its such an ugly feature anyway
-coffee and diet coke are friends until theyre enemies. too much coffee can lead to binges because they can drive up your anxiety and then you'll look for soothing and comfort in food (energy drinks too) and diet coke can lead to binges because the sweet taste can make ur brain crave sugar. if you have a lot of water in between doses of coffee and diet coke you will be fine tho but dont overdo either
-DO. NOT. PURGE. this is coming from someone who became mia at 11yo and my god do i regret it. first of all it rarely works towards wl if youre constantly binging anyway, it just creates a vicious addictive cycle where the body keeps demanding more and more food while you fuck up your entire body. it's disgusting and addictive and completely fucking useless and it makes you smell awful and your hair breaks and your teeth darken and weaken and your nails fall off and your face looks old and haggard and it takes yearssss to recover and be normal again. i'm still not fully recovered even after quitting for 2 years so take my tip and dont even start that shit

Message a friend, or even call.
Watch a movie. Or binge watch your favorite Netflix show.

Create a visionboard on Pinterest.
Set goals, not talking about weight. Set career goals, for example.
Take a fun class, learn pottery or knitting.

I quit nicotine when i was 18 and that was the most self control ive had in a long time, i thought to myself: why cant i control my binges? I go all day without food then at the end of the night i cave and eat the whole fridge. Not really but it feels like it. Then i thought about how nicotine is just like food. I have the ability to control the urge and not follow through. Anyways now im on day two, i feel great i think ill do this more often than i think. I didnt intend to feel so content but here i am at peace in a state of ZEN😘
