I've always known that I was meant to be a woman. I've always felt more comfortable in feminine clothes and I've always been drawn to the female body. But it wasn't until recently that I realized that I wanted to transition.

I've been doing a lot of research and I'm feeling more and more confident in my decision. I know that it's going to be a long and challenging journey, but I'm ready for it.

I'm writing this post to reach out to other trans women who have already transitioned or are in the process of transitioning. I'm looking for mentors who can help me along the way. I want to learn everything I can about transitioning, from the physical changes to the social and emotional challenges.

I'm also looking for support and encouragement. I know that transitioning can be isolating, so I want to connect with other women who understand what I'm going through.
