My next tapestry, for EVA! One of my favorite anime that I almost never rewatch because it makes me way too sad

Thinking about Natalie “Something Catholic” Scatorccio’s religious upbringing coming out when she’s in a state of fear and desperation, reverting back to the only comfort she had as a child by pleading with a God she stopped believing in years ago.

Natalie’s POV of the crash is probably insane because can you imagine doing acid for the first time and then getting in a fucking plane crash the next morning while the effects are still wearing off?

I really disliked twilight's final form at the end of FIM so I wanted to redesign her.... rose gold to differentiate her from celestia's gold and luna's silver!! no more recoloured celestia twilight!

Hello!
First, I just want to say that your art is so adorable! I especially love your Studio Ghibli x LOZ drawings and absolutely HAD to study them. Your style is so loose and relaxed, it makes me happy just seeing it.
If you’re comfortable, I would love to see a timelapse of your artistic process! I’m interested in how you layer/incorporate your line art with your coloring since that’s something I struggle with. Also, sorry if you already posted a timelapse or have gotten this request before ^^;
HAD to study them? :0 as in, just stare at them for ages or redraw them in a way because if you did something like that i would love to see!!!!!!
and yeah, of course i'll share my process! i don't record many timelapses because csp just doesnt automatically record them for me anymore (even if i click the button T.T) but here's the most recent one i've done~ it's not super up to date
as for layers uum....let me see haha
for this wip i'm using 1 layer for the flat background colours and then another for the rendering, and then the flat colours for mipha, and then my sketch & another layer for rendering. I tend to only really use one layer for rendering and just have my sketch and flat colours and maybe some effects on top...if that makes sense? i usually lose a lot of lineart during my rendering and just redraw it on top in a similar colour.
also, if i'm doing flat colours with no rendering and just lineart I like to colour it to match the colours beneath it and have a nice pencilly/grainy brush but i don't really do that very much anymore since i don't like doing lineart T______T
thanks for the question :D i love talking about my art sm hehe
