North Korean Mikoyan MiG-29
North Korea is believed to operate an estimated 35 MiG-29 fighters. It is one of, if not the most, modern aircraft they currently have in service.
According to arms transfer databases, North Korea possesses air-to-air missiles manufactured by Russian company Vympel NPO. Specifically R-73 (AA-11 Archer), R-60 (AA-8 Aphid), and R-27 (AA-10 Alamo) missiles.
North Korea is believed to have MiG-29B and MiG-29SE variants.
