However she’s sitting to maintain a perfectly flat stomach while “slouching” can’t be comfortable. Slouchy Sundays don’t look like this! Slouchy Sundays look like watching an entire series on Netflix with your favourite​ snack! Friends, its okay if you do look like this when slouching (if that’s possible?), but the majority of you will not and that’s okay too! I want to remind everybody that it’s NORMAL to NOT have a completely flat stomach, especially when you sit down. When you see images like this, please remind yourself that this is NOT what’s expected from you, it’s NOT realistic or attainable for the vast majority of us and it’s most likely NOT real!!
