Joe Coffee was a band led by Sheer Terror vocalist Paul Bearer, during the years S.T. was inactive. They released two CD’s that are worth tracking down - When The Fabric Don’t Fit The Frame (2002) and Bright As The Stars We’re Under (2007).

Some memorabilia from the first concert I attended on the 25th anniversary of the occasion. Footage from Fishbone’s set that night is featured in their video for “Servitude.”

May 6, 1994 - Motorhead / Daisy Cutter / Buzzkill - Stone Pony, Asbury Park, NJ
Twenty-five years ago today I had my hearing destroyed while seeing Motorhead for the first time. Sebastian Bach jumped on stage during their set(almost getting thrown off by an overzealous bouncer in the process) and added vocals to “Born To Raise Hell.” The show was originally scheduled for the Stone Pony Big Top, but was relocated to the club stage.

March 4, 1995 Record release party for Crown Of Thornz’ “Train Yard Blues” EP at Coney Island High in Manhattan, NY. H2O kicked things off (they only had a handful of shows under their belt at this point & I believe this was their first Manhattan gig), followed by Outcrowd and Cold As Life.
