Imagine having a super petty argument with kostya and he just wont talk to you. i was so scared to go bc i didn’t want to embarrass myself in front of him even though i think he would’ve been really nice and everything and it just sucks that i can’t do stuff like this..

That’s completely okay x Give yourself the time to work up some confidence and to be patient with yourself so that next time you won’t be as afraid! X going into new and daunting situations without being mentally prepared is very tough and it’s completely understandable why you may have felt like that xxx I think the key is to be patient with yourself and take baby steps 💗💗

vent anon here, i could have met Mikolas Josef some time ago but i simply couldn’t go because of my social anxiety and i’m still so mad at myself :/

I completely understand xx I have missed out on so much because of my anxiety, but I need you to know it’s not something you should ever blame yourself for. Sure it’s something you can work on so that you can feel more comfortable and confident to do more things but not being able to from time to time doesn’t make you a failure x there will always be another chance hunny don’t you worry !!! 💗💗💗💗
