WHAT DOES BEING A MEMBER OF KPOPCO MEAN?

We are a traditional network that actually adds members to our blog. You will be able to help us queue and post edits directly from KPOPCO. 

If you simply want us to reblog your edits, just use the tag #kpopco in your edits. Please leave the blog if you’re not interested in actually being a member.

DOES REBLOGGING AN ORIGINAL EDIT POSTED ON MY BLOG TO KPOPCO COUNT AS MY "REQUIRED ONE EDIT EVERY 2 WEEKS"?

No it does not. Your required edit must be POSTED from @kpopco, not just reblogged to it. If you continuously fail to post at least one edit every 2 weeks, you'll be messaged and then removed from the blog. Admins track our member's tags so we know when you're not posting.

No. Please reference the answer to the previous question.

DOES MY EDIT HAVE TO BE A GIFSET?

No. It can be a photoset, moodboard, gifset, art piece, or any other kind of high quality edit. We want quality edits on the blog, so it needs to be something that took more than 30 seconds.

HOW DO I TAG MY ORIGINAL EDITS?

•  The name of the group •  Each member’s stage name as separate tags •  Any extra tags that will help people find and reblog the edit (examples: #kpopccc, #mgroupsedit, #boyidolnet, #malegroupsnet, etc.) •  #by us •  Your preferred online name followed by an asterisk (example: ky*) •  Any trigger warnings (ie #flash tw, food tw, animal tw)

WHEN SHOULD I POST MY ORIGINAL EDITS?

We ask that you use Tumblr’s schedule feature to post your edit sometime between 3PM to 5PM EST. If you are not sure how to, please ask an admin.

HOW OFTEN CAN I REBLOG MY ORIGINAL EDITS ON KPOPCO

We let our members reblog edits posted to KPOPCO 3 times over a span of 24-48 hours. We tag them with #sr and #dl (self reblog and delete later). If you’re referring to an edit posted on your personal blog(s), then you can only reblog it once.

WHEN AM I ALLOWED TO REBLOG EDITS FROM MY PERSONAL BLOG(S)?

You can reblog each edit posted on your personal blog(s) once to KPOPCO anytime. We ask you spread the reblogs out between other posts so we don’t have multiple reblogged posts of yours in a row.  And yes, you can reblog it to the blog immediately after posting it. That’s a benefit of being a member.

I'M GOING ON HIATUS, BUT STILL WANT TO REMAIN A MEMBER. IS THAT POSSIBLE?

It depends on the amount of time you'll be inactive.

SHORT-TERM HIATUS: 2 WEEKS OR LESS

A 2 week short-term hiatus (e.g school finals, holidays, mental health breaks) is totally understandable. You just need to inform an admin before you go on hiatus.

LONG-TERM HIATUS: LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS

Any hiatus longer than 2 weeks requires you to either commit to helping keep the queue updated during the hiatus, or to leave the blog and re-apply when you're ready to be an active member again.
