Is it bad that I don't want to share my favorite things with people so they can't take them away if they leave?

It's crazy what I would give for something as simple as a hug. I never realized how much I relied on physical touch, but now that it's been months without it, it's really starting to wear away. My heart feels hard. My nights feel dark.

The most depressing thing happened to me at work. I was walking through an office to do stuff when a lady stopped me and said, "your eyes tell me that you are sad. " I dismissed it and kept going. When I can back she gave me a bag of m&Ms and said, "here, maybe this will help your eyes...." :/
