Day 7 ketogenic diet! This is my before picture, right before I started my ketogenic diet at my heaviest weight, 292.4 lbs. The first three days on my diet, I lost 4 lbs. By my 6th day, I had lost 7 lbs. Not to mention I only worked out for two days; I did a dance class both days. Every 7th day is my ketosis break day. I learned that if you get off ketosis by eating some carbs or sugar and then restart ketosis, the kick will be stronger and easier for you to lose weight. Hopefully this diet lasts awhile! I havent had to think about it because I still get to eat meat with lots of fat and tons of vegetables. Its been so easy to stick to. If the 7th day breaks dont work out, I will just keep at the diet continuously.
