It had been meant to be a meeting for a partnership. The AI firm Hiden Intelligence with the tech company Stark Industries. Pretty much every newspaper had some kind of headline about jumping to the future ready to print as soon as the deal was signed.

The young man in the hoodie doesn't seem to match the idea most people have of a CEO. But he has crossed the ocean to meet with Tony Stark and will do anything to ensure that this meeting goes off without a hitch. That apparently also means ducking out with thirty minutes before the meeting as he had received a report of some kind of attack happening a few blocks from Stark's operation.

When he sees the man in the rhino suit, he's at least relieved that this isn't one of his Humagear AI gone rogue. But there's still a bodybuilder in a rhino suit charging through the streets.

He slaps a belt on his waist and summons his armor from the ZEA satellite, in a newly minted quick mode. Not every villain lets a hero like him go through a full transformation sequence.

"All right, Rhino-man! There's one thing in this world that can stop you, and that's me! Kamen Rider Zero Two!" For the moment, that's what he believes, but of course, this little fight has an audience.

The 'Ganbare' was just the perfect cherry on top XD. And Mei's reaction when she tried to help and Daishinji only made it worse/more awkward by trying to pretend that it was actually tasty. The writers really outdid themselves this ep!

Ok, is no one gonna talk about how, in chapter 42, when Daishinji basically said that Sophia sucked at cooking without realizing that Sophia was the one who made the bad onigiri, and thus (knowing that Daishinji messed up BAD) Ogami, Kento, Touma and even Rintaro all just 'noped' it out there slowly to a corner? Like, that was seriously one of the funniest and most relatable scenes in Rider! Just omgosh that was pure GOLD!

I FRICKIN’ LOVE THIS!

One day Izu orders a cake heaped with white frosting, and she goes with Fuwa to pick it up and take it back to Hiden Manufacturing. Aruto has no idea what’s going on as Izu pulls out a bunch of decorations a la the New Year’s episode style, and he gets seated in a chair just as Fuwa turns off the lights. Then the candles of the cake are lit. As Izu starts singing the familiar old tune, Aruto realizes he forgot his own birthday

He grins and gingerly takes the cake from Izu to blow out the candles. While Izu plucks out the candles, Aruto talks about how things went in many unexpected routes. He never thought he’d face foes like metsuboujinrai.net and Gai, never imagined he’d lose the company (okay, maybe he did), never thought he’d make such good friends. He looks at Izu and Fuwa in turn. Says how he wishes Yua was here, and he’s glad Naki has found their dream. He’s glad everyone is seeking their dreams

And then he slams the cake into his own face.

Aruto lets the ruined cake fall onto the ground as Izu starts clapping and Fuwa’s perfectly bewildered. Turns out he always wanted to make a joke involving cream pie but never got the opportunity. He lets out a pun involving cake (“what a day to be caked with cake!”) and finishes with a now that’s Aruto!

Several seconds pass. Aruto lowers his hand and sighs to himself. “I guess no one likes my…jokes…” he trails off as he hears someone laughing - and that someone is Fuwa

It’s the best birthday gift Aruto could ever ask for

S: A girl who is family-oriented, lady-like and has a bright smile with maybe black or brown straight hair.

R: A caring girl. A girl who will put others before me. I really respect that kind of person.

Q2: I love this kind of girl!!

S: Somewhat spontaneous fragile girls – Because they’re the type I want to take with me everywhere, holding their hand gently as they follow me.

R: Someone who isn’t easily offended - Girls who get angry even when I say “It’s okay, don’t get mad” scare me.

Q3: “I fell for a girl who’s already taken!” Would you still approach them? Or not?

S: I would- I would try even harder to be charming. I’d see her boyfriend as a rival.

R: I wouldn’t- “Not now, but maybe sometime together we could…. No… it’s best like this.” I would think to my disheartened self.

Q4: What have you done to your love interests in the past? (T/N this all in all was weird/annoying to translate… even my Japanese had trouble trying to put it in English. So this is NOT 100% spot on.)

S: There were times when I’d find a girl from my school who I always only see in uniform, in casual clothes and make-up. I’d end up following them around.

R: I once drank juice from the same straw as her.

Q5: Your text asking her out for your first date!

S: “Yooo! It’s Goku…….JK!!! It’s Shuuuu! Do you have any free time next week? If you do, wanna go to Yokohama together?”

R: I’m too embarrassed. (to do it)

Q6: What would you do if received a text from her that said this!?

“I’m fed up with messing up at work. I’ve been trying so hard until now… but in the end maybe I’m not suited for this job…”

S: “That’s not true! You can do anything! Even if you made some mistakes, you can’t give up! I’ll work hard with you, so just keep trying harder!”

R: “It’s okay to feel angry now. If you don’t talk it out, you’ll only feel worse. I’m sure your superiors just want to help you grow.”

Q7: Where would you go on your first date? Tell us your plan!

S: Sightseeing -> Yokohama -> First we’ll go shopping and then see a movie. Once the sun goes down, I’ll surprise her by taking her to Yokohama’s Red Brick Warehouse!!

R: Dinner -> An izakaya I go to often -> A fancy French restaurant would be nice too, but I’d prefer eating sanma no oshio yaki (salted grilled fish) together.

Q8: You’re an hour late meeting up with your date! She is upset, what do you tell her?

S: I’m late because while I was on my way to meet you, a yummy came out and I had to defeat it.

R: I wouldn’t have a choice but to say I’ll be careful not to be late next time.

Q9: What if she is late?

S: Oh, well since I’d probably be giving a granny a piggyback ride, I’d be late too, so we’d get there at the same time!

R: I’d go home. (probably out of sadness thinking she forgot him/the date)

Q10: Valentine’s day present! Besides chocolate, I’d be happy with this!

Q11: As a thank you for 2011, besides chocolate, tell us what you want to say to your fellow acting friend!!

Shu -> Ryon: Since starting OOO 1 year ago, you’ve taught me so much. I’ll give you my heart.

Ryon -> Shu: I don’t have to say anything, he’ll know. <3

Q12: “If this person is your boyfriend, you’ll definitely be happy!” Of your fellow actors, tell us who you’d recommend!!

Shu -> Iwanaga Hiroaki: He is extremely earnest (that’s a fact) you can really rely on him

Ryon -> Shu: When I went to his house one time, he was remodeling it and I think it was the only room that smelled like girl’s perfume. If you (Shu) become a dad, I think you should make a house for Manda too.  (T/N Yeah… I know the response is super weird… but… yep….I don’t even know. Sorry, if I get a better translation, I’ll edit it)

Everyone is starting to act closer to their roles even off cam - Nakagawa said Fumiya is very leader-like on set, and Okada feels like Fuwa too.  Okada said Nakagawa plays a chara who’s like a 5-year old kid, and Nakagawa is slowly becoming one. Like yanking Okada’s shirt zipper open and laughing it off. Okada: Maybe it’s because we keep calling him Jin that’s why he’s all weird now

Takahashi Fumiya is cranky when he’s sleepy. Metsuboujinrai team calls it offumiya when he’s not in the mood. Typically in the morning.

Takahashi Fumiya finds it amazing how everyone seems to have a switch to their roles. Aruto is quite natural for him, but everyone else can switch from being goofy to performance face in a split second when staff goes “ready for take!” during filming
