So, a while ago a woman came into my work and ended up (somehow) smashing her finger in the door. It was so hard that her wedding ring actually pinched her finger to the point I had to cut it off of her finger.

We insisted that she file a injury report but she refused saying “she breaks her fingers all of the time.” So she leaves with her finger pretty broken. (Very broken)

A couple weeks later my manager is called by human resources saying a woman is filing a claim. The H.R. rep asks my manager to hold. Then a minute later says “Holiday Ham.” My manager thinking that because it is a few days from christmas the woman is discussing her plans for dinner for the holiday.

The woman says again “m am, Holiday Ham!” My manager responds, “Well what about it?”

“No” she replies, “that’s the woman’s name!”
