Back in the gym after two+ weeks off
Wasn’t super amazing, but I’m just glad I went back. Took a weekend off for a trip, but that turned into being lazy the rest of that week. Then ended up having a hectic week while doing my OFA level 2, which was hard on me, mentally and emotionally. Spent every waking moment in class or studying so didn’t have time for the gym because I was so stressed out about passing, which I did surprisingly! But now it’s a new week, getting my diet back on track since I did a LOT of stress eating. So really excited to get back to the gym every morning, back to my routine and clean eating :) I’m just happy I’m not giving up like I usually would after having so much off time. Proud of myself
