Being born and raised on the island of O’ahu, surrounded by paradise, meek was. raised off of reggae, rice bowls, and soaking up the sun. Michiko didn’t fall in love with beauty- she owned it. From the moment she could hold a brush, she was mixing glosses, doing eyeliner, wearing heels, and turning every hallway a runway at the age of 6. Despite being from O’ahu where the fashion was flip-flops, street wear, and surf board shorts- her heart was always beating for the high glam life.

At the age of 25, Michiko. touched down in Atlanta with one goal on her mind: to show out and make herself impossible to ignore. Now she is that girl in the beauty and fashion industry. She makes the sot glam look easy and like a superpower. She who steps out everyday serving looks that can’t be ignored as if she was in an everyday photoshoot. She can beat any glam look all while breaking down the most luxurious skincare routine all in the same breath. Makeup? That isn’t just. a hobby or job for her- it’s therapy, it’s art. Dressing up is her love language. Hair always laid and nails are always done. Outfits styled just to be placed on another mood board.

PASSION:

Meek is all about keeping her hair and nails done. Spend her day keeping her energy clean.Even if all she gonna do is sit in the house ,she’s going to get dressed and do her makeup. Loves a slow morning where she can drink her iced coffee with her favorite playlist on and doing her skin care routine. She’ll spend hours in the mirror making sure she looks presentable and taking pictures of her outfits. Lowkey obsessed with cleaning when she is stressed. Obsessed with collecting candles and perfumes. Michiko is the girl who loves long late night drives, listening to some Musiq Soulchild or Maxwell, or watch true crime documentaries she swear she could solve all on her own. Learning how to journal whenever she feel like everything is a bit too much and smokes on her hookah when she doesn’t feel enough. Every other girl uses their soft life as a trend - but her- it’s her lifetime plan.

ENJOYMENT:

Fresh installs that make her act and look like a brand new baddie. When she put on that lipgloss and a nigga starts to stutterin’. Having the thrill of receiving that 1:47AM. Finding a new lip combo or scent that’ll turns heads. Having them late night convos that turns into full blown talks about anything. Being around pretty,foine,smart, feminine, high standard females. The smell of amber + vanilla or oud + rose. Creating bomb asss outfits that nobody had tho use of or have even seen yet. She enjoys her peace and quiet- that loud shit gets old and annoying quick. Taking pictures for memories- whether she post them or not. Curating her vibe, playlists, and the environment around her like it depends on her life- because it does.

FINDS DISTASTEFUL:

Michiko ins’t for the weird ass energy. It doesn’t matter what it is- fake love, side remarks, negative energy or motherfuckers trying to play with her feelings or even test her.She is not with it she WILL talk up. Chaos is a no go, it gives her a sick feeling, allergy type of vibe. It could be to people who move funny around her or to loud motherfuckers who’s all talk but got no motion to back it up. if the vibe ain’t genuine, it gets cut off IMMEDIATELY. WHERE are the people that genuinely want to write long term?? to world build and scream over muses and ships, send edits, playlists, etc at all hours? right now im really looking for shorter rapid fire paras and texts, and preferably doubling up or some sort of mumu. i just want to get invested in writing again and completely understand if things come up, but tired of not being able to find anyone longterm anymore plss anyway if that sounds like you give this a like <3
