Bandai Gashapon Announces Tamagotchi Hair Clips Volume 2

Step up your hair game! Bandai Gashapon has just announced the successor to volume one, and they’re angel and monster themed! That’s right, eight angel and monster themed Tamagotchi hair clips in Gashaspon capsules. The hair clips are modeled both after the actual Tamagotchi Angel and Tamagotchi Monster as well as some of the characters, and the iconic UFO.

They’ll be released nationwide in Japan at Gashapon machines starting the third week of September, 2024 and cost ¥300 each including tax.

Upset you cannot visit some exclusive Tama Search characters? Well have no fear, a trick is here. Tamagotchi.vn thanks Mawuczi, Konky, 是佳琋Jx, Ns-X, e_koudidiand and others with helping figure this one out. In order to visit Angel & Devil character, and Makiko in Tama Search you had to visit the 2024 World Tamagotchi Tour and a Bandai Namco Cross Store. However with this trick you can visit them from anywhere in the world.

How to Obtain Lucky Unchi-kun on Tamagotchi Angel, Another Tamagotchi Mystery Solved After 27 Years

Another Tamagotchi mystery has been solved, this community is incredible! After 27 years the mystery of how to obtain Lucky Unchi-kun, better wise known as the poop character has been solved. It was formerly believed that you could obtain Unchi-kun by a rare chance of evolving from Ghost Jr who doesn't evolve into Marutchi Angel and whose AP maxed out at 90.

YouTuber Aibonnotamakatsunikki has posted a video on how to obtain Unchi-kun. According to this video, first, raise Oyajitchi Angel. Second, raise Oyajitchi Angel again, evolve him into Fake Unchi-kun and let him return to heaven. Third, raise the third generation into Ginjirotchi Angel and let him return to heaven. Finally, the fourth generation doesn't grow up to Marutchi Angel as usual. Keep raising the Obaketchi for 5 or 6 days and the Obaketchi becomes true Lucky Unchi-kun.

How to Obtain Moll and Lora on Mothra Tamagotchi - a Mystery Cracked after 27 Years

Major news for those Mothra Tamagotchi fans. For those who do not know, this is the Tamagotchi that keeps on giving because there are so few owners who are actively playing and there are so many mysteries that we’re all still trying to unlock.

Back in 2021 a YouTuber was able to obtain the super rare character Moll and Lora by mean of the battery trick which was an interesting and unintended action that shocked the community. Now, it appears that the play pattern to obtain Moll and Lora has been cracked!

After years of debate whether it was possible, rhubarb_pie on Discord provides that you can raise the twin characters Moll and Lora on the Mothra Tamagotchi. How did they get here? The ROM for Mothra was dumped about a month ago and the code was then studied by rhubarb_pie. They have posted a comprehensive guide on the discord post you can find here.

The Tamagotchi Wiki has created an infographic that explains everything in the post mentioned above in a more concise way. You must follow all four steps in order to obtain Moll and Lora!

Can we please acknowledge how dedicated rhubarb_pie was in their research? This is an incredible discovery for a Tamagotchi that was released in 1997.

Tama Hotel - Simply going out to any destination for the first time during the toddler stage.

Gourmet Street - Eat rice omelette more than 5 times at the restaurant.

Tama Farm - Automatically unlocked after visiting Gourmet Street several times.

Toy Land - You have to be on the 2nd generation or higher and an adult stage Tamagotchi,  wear the drum accessory and visit your yard.

Tama Sport Plaza - Play with the ball as a toddler stage or older, after having 2 new connections (with another Tamagotchi On). There is no substitute to the 2 new connections.

Starry Sky Lab - Renovate your living room to starry sky, and go out to the yard after 7PM! 2nd generation or higher, no stage restriction.

Beauty Salon - 2nd generation or higher, change your Tamagotchi’s color 2 times. You can accomplish this by feeding your Tamagotchi stew, rice omelette, or lemon pie at the restaurant and ice cream in the Tama Sport Plaza. After two color changes have been completed on the same character, visit your yard.

Magical & Fairy Tale Land - Magical Land and Fairy Tale Land are exclusive to the respective devices. 3rd generation or higher, renovate your living room to the dreamy living room for Fairy Tale Land, for Magical Land, renovate your living room to the magical living room. Once you’ve renovated your living room go to your yard at 7AM (Fairy Tale Land) and 7PM (Magical Land).

South Florida Tamagotchi Club is Established!

Are you a Tamagotchi fan in southern Florida? Want to meet others? Jenna & Jessica have just established the South Florida Tamagotchi Club!

Two native Floridians have put together a club that will schedule meet ups where fans can come together across South Florida, and enjoy Tamagotchi together! No word yet on the first meet up, but we’re sure it’ll be soon! Can it be on the beach? Asking for a friend!

I’ve never had a tamagotchi. To be honest, it probably would’ve stressed me out trying to keep one alive. But by god the designs are a vibe.

Kuchipatchi is my favorite so I made him into a plushie. I promise this fabric is pale green in person. It doesn’t photograph well. But he has beans in his bottom and I can’t stop squeezing him, so that’s a success.

I want to make the sewing pattern and instructions available for free, but I’m not sure what the best site is for that. It’s a pdf. Any recs?

Kamio Japan Announces Tamagotchi Mini Deco Stickers, Ballpoint Pen, and Trading Acrylic Charms

We gave you the heads up on this one this weekend, and now the announcement has been made. Kamio Japan is expanding the Tamagotchi collaboration to include some new merchandise. This includes mini deco stickers of Memetchi, Gozarutchi, Unimarutchi, Maskutchi, Furawatchi, and Oyajitchi. The mini deco stickers are priced at ¥418 including tax.

The trading acrylic charms are vintage pixel sprites of Mametchi, Kuchipatchi, Oyajitchi, Pochitchi, Furawatchi, Memetchi, Ichigotchi, Grim Gotchi, Gozarutchi, and one mystery character. The trading acrylic charms are priced at ¥660 including tax.

There isn’t any information on the ballpoint pen on the Kamio website, but we do know that it is a  Jetstream 3-color ballpoint pen. The three ink colors are red, black and blue, and the pen has a 0.5mm pen tip. Listed for ¥619,

All three of these Kamio Japan products are set to be released March, 2024!
