That Thief King Bakura has somehow acquired a reputation as a "whatevers in the laundry basket" type of guy when it comes to fashion is incredibly funny considering that canonically this man is putting his whole pussy into being as dramatic as possible. I don't know how to tell you this but absolutely nobody in Egypt would have worn a dark red trenchcoat for any reason in the middle of the day, most especially not while running, backflipping, and generally thieving around, for any reason other than sheer vanity that spits in the face of practicality and comfort.
