In regards to Percy being in season 2 there was a recent Vogue Article that confirms he will be back. IMDb also shows him along with the rest of the main cast featured in “9” episodes the 9th being one of season 2.

Although ppl are posting pics of Percy with friends, Instagram stories are not always recent photos. You can post older stories to photos so I would not count Percy out. He may not be able to post if he is in Ireland because of the hate train that still lingers but he may be there.
