Type Of Pressure Blowers
When we require low volume air with high pressure then pressure blower is an ideal equipment. We can maintain the performance of pressure blowers stably with operating range. Pressure blowers are type of the fan that are used to meet the clean air and particular application. Turbo blowers are capable to generate high pressure while low pressure blowers and medium pressure blowers can generate approximately 3000 to 3500 RPM whereas high pressure blowers have high velocity. Impellers velocity can generate high pressure. For increasing the velocity two types of drives are used frequency converter and belt transmission ratio. High pressure blowers are made with various types of materials to cover wide range of industrial applications. For making the blower more solid and robust, aluminum casting is used to make blower housing which will become more stable and corrosion proof. Generally high pressure blowers are offered as powder coated, galvanized with steel housing and other contact parts such as wheel, blade, impeller and motor rotor are also made of steel and are corrosion proof.

Difference between blowers and fans
Using the spinning impeller force, blowers can generate required air flow for varying applications. There is big difference between industrial fan and blowers. Fans are able to move air with power increment while blowers can blow air strongly with increasing of pressure. Industrial blowers are useful for various industrial and commercial applications while fans are used in home based applications. Another major difference between them is fan works with electrical power and blowers use mechanical power to function. Industrial blowers use blade and rotor for working. For moving air in given direction, impellers create desired centrifugal force and flow direction is determined by blade positioning. However fans are used to circulate their airflow in all directions.
Application of blowers
Industrial air blowers have limited but very important applications such as they are used for cooling, heating, drying, ventilation, combustion, aeration, printing, food processing and so on. Additionally industrial blowers are also used for some commercial applications such as the cleaning and maintenance of building and in large commercial establishments for air control similarly commercial fans are utilized in workplace, gym, spa and other places as well. Centrifugal blowers are capable to create vacuum for different applications. They can produce more pressurized concentrated airflow while working on same RPM of other blowers. They are available with various types in market such as backward curve, forward curve, industrial exhausters, backward inclined, high pressure and radial blade. They are beneficial as they are very effective for air movement in enclosed environment. Large space can be easily ventilated by using them. Similarly they are widely used for many heating and cooling applications. They are also energy and cost efficient than similar capacity of air conditioning system.

Pressure Blowers and their classifications
Industrial Air Blower is very useful equipment for generating substantial pressure of air flow to fulfill various industrial and commercial purposes. The required air flow and type of air blower may vary as per application. They have huge demand in various industries to fulfill many types of industrial applications such as ventilation, boilers, exhaust fan, cleaning, vacuum application, cooling and many more. Mainly it can be dependent on following given type based on air flow principle:
1.      Centrifugal Blower – also known as Industrial Blowers in which air enters axially and leaves the fan blade radically
2.      Axial Fans- Air enters axially and leaves in axial direction.
They are also categorized as High Pressure Blowers, Low pressure blowers and medium pressure blowers as per their pressure generation ability. These industrial air blowers are known as heart of any industry. They are used to process required air flow for various combustion blowing job with high efficiency. Industrial air blowers are also known with different names in different industries such as Centrifugal fan, ID/FD Fan, High Pressure Fan, Pneumatic Fan, Air Blower, Filter Blower, Dust collector Blower and many more. For generating high pressure of air blow, typically high pressure air blowers are used for conditions where high pressure is require for low volume applications.
The impellers are radial, they have low static efficiency and small inlet/outlet for low volume throughputs. High pressure blowers are more preferred over Low Pressure Blowers for their best high pressure medium flow operating efficiency, whereas medium pressure blowers are used to remove dust particles from air and various conditions where moderate pressure is required. In that case impellers are backward inclined, has medium efficiencies and medium inlet/outlet for medium volume. Centrifugal fans get hot gases from furnaces and deliver directly to chimney. Medium Pressure Blowers are used to move hot air and pollutant gases in factory. Hot gases, heat and high temperatures are the main reason to decrease machine efficiency in manufacturing units. Industrial blowers can easily move out hot and polluted air and enable fresh air in. High pressure blowers are more suitable than centrifugal fans to fulfill high pressure industrial and commercial applications. In high pressure blowers, there are no rotating parts are contact with each other so there is no issue of friction and no internal lubrication needed.

Industrial Benefits of using High Pressure Blower
Centrifugal blowers are working as the heart of any processing industry. These industrial blowers are used to providing process air for combustion blowing. High Pressure Blowers are designed and engineered for the movement of low air to the medium air at high pressure. Its unique design offers airflow at constant pressure. As compared to other traditional fans, these high-pressure blowers are made with durable material and provide continuously high pressure and efficient operation. Generally, these blowers are made for clean air but can be used to move material air.
Large industrial buildings require bigger ventilation systems of blowers to ensure adequate circulation of fresh air because, in industrial complexes, there are chances of creating harmful chemical gases due to various industrial processes. To remove these harmful gases, an effective ventilation system is must. That is why we need high-pressure blowers in various industrial establishments and large commercial setups. For circulating a large volume of air through a large area, high-pressure blowers are more useful than any other medium pressure blower. These blowers are also provided special services in many industries to fulfill various applications such as the carpet industry. Driers of pressure blowers become much popular in recent times because they dry wet surfaces more quickly than any other device or equipment.
There are various types of blowers are available as a low-pressure blower, medium pressure blower, and high-pressure blower. High-pressure blowers can generate more air pressure compared to other blowers at the same rotational fan speed. Similarly, direct air blowers are more effective than motor or belt-driven blowers. Direct blowers can generate more power because power is not wasted between blower and motor. In direct blowers, there is no use of chains, gears or pulleys and hence power directly flows from the drive shaft of the motor to directly blower.  That is why these blowers operate between 2000 to 14000 RPM. In general, we can say that these blowers are best in moving a large amount of air consuming less energy.
Axial fans are important parts and can provide high airflow. In low-pressure systems, they work as exhaust ventilation, dryer cleaning, cooling, aeration, etc. but more heavy blowers provide air pressure four times more air pressure and work as a blower, blower dryers or inflators. High-pressure blowers also provide good efficiency as compared to other blowers. These are also known as centrifugal blowers or Induced draft fans. These fans used in various applications such as moving hot gases of industrial boilers to chimneys. Some time it is very necessary to move these gases as they can decrease the efficiency of machines. These blowers are helpful to move out polluted and unnecessary gases and move fresh air in.
