Our goal is to bring back what this festival meant for the community and the university. Join the Debate Club

Introducing the Debate Club!

To revitalize the Forensic Club, we are introducing the idea of establishing a Debate Club!

The Forensic Club competed with nearby universities and debated a wide range of topics, such as Supreme Court rulings. The new Debate club will learn to create logical and ethical arguments to persuade listeners to agree to their side of the topic. The club will compete in tournaments with neighboring colleges. 

There are many benefits to joining such as improving critical thinking, articulation, research skills, and public speaking skills. Students can come from all disciplines outside of their normal subjects. 

Alumni can become sponsors for the club so it can fund its needs and hold special events such as end of the year banquets. 

Students may join by attending club meetings. Club to be held Thursday’s at 1100am. So take your position and discuss your topic with confidence!

A three day festival of fun, the Kutztown University Renaissance Faire offers so much to do! From arts and crafts to armor races, the fun never ends!

                      The 1908 Minute Risley Fundraiser

Are you a student-athlete who wants better facilities? Are you a Golden Bears fan wanting to see your athletes thrive? If you said yes to any of these, come join us for the 1908 minutes of fun. This fundraiser will host events which will help raise money to get better facilities for our student athletes. 

Events will consist of:

Non-stop basketball

Unlimited weight room entrance

3 v 3 tournament

Kickball game

3-point shooting contest

Start time: December 10th @ 4:04 PM 

End time: December 12th @ 12:00 AM

You're Invited to the Science Fair!

If you love science or physics regardless of your major, join us on April 10th at 4pm for our first-ever Science Fair in honor of Cyrus Beekey! It will be held in the McFarland Student Union with an entry fee of $20. There will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner with prizes to be announced.  

All of the proceeds will be put back into the Beekey Building for improvements. Hope to see you all there :)

Join us for Kutztown’s Holiday Dance

Are you looking for an extraordinary night out with friends before the stress of finals week? If so, join us on December 3rd at 6:30 because we are bringing back the Annual Holiday Dance. 

This night will be filled with dinner, dancing, activities, and live music. Tickets cost $25 at the door and you are welcome to bring dates from outside the university. This event will be located in Room 218 at the McFarland Student Union.

The only requirement for you is to be dressed in semi-formal attire and to be prepared for a fun filled evening!
