Ok so I think I never posted those on here

So here's a little three-pieces Metroid fanart thing !

Each artwork is a suit of Samus mixed in with a mecha show; the first is the Varia suit with the Getter Robo from Getter Robo Devolution, the second is the Fusion suit with the EVA Unit from Neon Genesis Evangelion, and the last one is the Dread suit as a mecha from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann

They're not the most recent of my stuff but apparently I just forgot to post those ?? Anyway here they are.

Pay came early. Picked up a second forestieri 01. Just for comparison with the one I will try to custom. I like the little bot on the side too, it's fun.

I put the biceps piece wrong and spend like 20 min trying to get it out. But all good now. So around 30 min build, unless you manage to do like me X)

I also still haven't gotten my pen for plate lining, the shop I go was all out of them :(

Alright. Head and chest in piece, getting a coat of base. We doibg some advancement on our lil kit.

Picked a kit for 10€. One of the 30min build, Forestieri 01. So I'm going to use it to learn gunpla customization and painting. Hopefully would look good at the end.

Also, I picke dit up on my munch break, so I'm pretty excited to get home now.

Alright, fist gunpla built! Printed a base for posibg it. Also only one hand can hold a weapon. The other decided jiint were mainstream and instead used it as ballistic missile for my eye.

Not too sure how modulable part work. Especially the shoulder. They are... confusing

All in all, a satisfying build. May buy a HG to compare to a RG

As I mentioned in a previous post, I found these bad ass models Bandai makes called 30 Minute Fantasy. The way they seem to be developing it almost seems like it's a game, in and of itself. It has a crazy anime storyline and all! (clicking the image may give a better quality - their website kinda sucks)

I picked up the Liber Knight and put him together already so, look forward to some pictures of him. I have the Rosen Knight flayed out on my table right now and I'm excited to get to building!

Welp, I cracked

So. I love robot. But, I thought. Hey, i'm already doing videogames, already doing trpg, and even some stint in tgc. I won't do gundam on top of that.

And then, I see gundam is doing a wargame. My warhammer friend tell me: Since your near gunpla shop, why don't you go ask question here?

I go to the gunpla shop. Great shop, every one they sell is built and dipslayed. Very cool.

Anyway. I forgot to ask the questions. But I did buy a gundam box.

I'm now invited at my local wargame club to come build with them.

I think this is the stupidest fall into a hobby I ever done. My wargame folk keep sending me "One of us, one of us" meme or similar.

I'm not even sure what material I need. I got some precision pliers and metal files from when I worked with 3d impression, and should have a cutting mat somewhere and a precision knives. Anything else that are essential? I saw lot of people online saying sponge sandpaper or small nail like files are a must, but I'm supposed to start tomorrow, so I'm a bit short on time to get material.

I'm taking advice. Please.
