YES! Couldn’t agree more. In today’s appearance-obsessed society it seems that being beautiful is the result of fitting a certain (narrow-minded and highly unrealistic) standard. But seriously, being beautiful has little or nothing to do with how you look, let alone with looking like pictures we see in magazines. (i.e. Photoshopped images) Finding your authenticity—finding yourself— and expressing it, that’s what being beautiful is all about. The power to be beautiful lies not in the eyes of others or society. It comes from deep within you. What are your dreams? Your passions? Focus on your purpose and the things that make you feel alive because that will radiate positive energy wherever you go!
