what a productive night :) around 10pm, i went to Kite Beach and set out on a 6km jog around the giant sandcastle—back and forth. afterward, i felt tired out, soo with my keto juice in hand… i walked another 2km as a refreshing way to unwind. i feel as if i’ve just cleansed my body and my mind. my main priority right now is getting my life on track and becoming a better me heheeeeee

if there's one lesson i’ve learned from the long-distance relationships i have with my parents and friends, it's that distance can feel like nothing when the person holds immense value in your heart. the anticipation and thrill of reuniting with a loved one after a long period of separation is an experience like no other—it's rewarding. you realize that as long as you know they’ve got your back and you’ve got theirs, the distance fades away, leaving only the warmth of unconditional love
