Game State
My game is in a pretty good state right now. It’s fully playable and works how I want it to. I don’t really know if I’m going to add anything now but I might if I find something I want to do. Glad I was able to make something haha.

The Winner
Today I made it so the first person to 15 points wins my game. Once the first person hits 15 it comes up and says the winner in big red text. Everything is working good and I’m happy with my game so far :)

Projectiles With Gabe
Today I helped Gabe with projectiles. Didn’t go to well but hey that’s fine. I want to have a winner screen after someone gets to 20 points in my game. I’ll be doing that next class.

3rd Map Not Working
Today I tried to make a third map in my game. It didn’t work though so I’m going to need help on Monday trying to figure it out. Didn’t have much faith in Roome to help.

Hit Points
Today I turned my game into an actual game. I made it so the hits are tracked and there is a number in the corner of each players side. So now the number of hits are tracked so it’s more playable haha. I don’t really know what I’ll be doing next but I’m sure I’ll find good things to add.

Fixing Things Up
Today I made the hitboxes work. Then I made it so Robin can shoot a cloud too. Then I made it so you can switch the background so like switching the map sort of thing. I got a lot done today and things went really well. Good progress made :)

Helping Gabe
Today I ended up helping Gabe and teaching him about projectiles. We seemed to get things working good for him so that was great. Tomorrow I will be working on my own game. I need to make it so Robin can shoot too.

Changing the little cloud
today I made the cloud image smaller and the speed faster. This will make the game flow better once things are done. I also started on hitboxes and will be doing that Monday.

Learning about hit boxes and projectiles
Today Wong taught me about hit boxes and projectiles. I learned a lot and it really showed me the direction I want my game to go. Most of todays class was about learning about what to do tomorrow.

Back From Easter
Today we came back from our long weekend. I worked on my game trying to find a new background. For some reason the game stopped working and now it does a weird sliding thing along the screen. I kinda like it but I should also fix it haha. Might have 2 versions ;)

Learning The Loops
Today I did some tutorials on loops. I need to learn how to make while loops and stuff like that. So far it’s going good and I’m getting an okay understanding. Hopefully next week I’ll get all the knowledge I need to move on and work on bigger and better things.
